My boyfriend doesn't drink coffee and since I had been craving Starbucks, he decided to try their coffee. I usually get a frappucino, so I wasn't very helpful with offering him coffee selections to try.We got to the menu to place an order and I asked the barista to hold a moment to let my bf look it over as he didn't know what he wanted. She rudely asked if we were going to order something. I got my usual and he picked something that he thought would work for his taste buds and energy level.When we got up to the window,SHE WAS BRAIDING HER HAIR!!!!!I was in complete shock as I've never been to a good place where someone was doing their hair in front of customers. If I would have been thinking properly, I should have just drove off. If she's braiding hair in front of people, there's no telling who's doing what in the back. I was disgusted by her attitude and poor food safety protocols.I will NEVER come back to this Starbucks again.
I ordered a big order for the doctors I work for and unfortunately my drink was not made right , I thought no problem I will go during lunch to have it remade the right way , and the guy in charge went ahead and remade it , I am Grateful for them being able to remake it and being kind about it
Overpriced coffee with terrible service. You order $5 coffee and you don't get stir stick to mix it, now that they don't use straws anymore. You can't shake it since new top have big hole.
They are consistent in terms of services and quality across different state, but it's definitely different from my experience in other countries. (You might like or dislike depending on your previous experience)
This is the best Starbucks!!! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. Great service and wonderful coffee.
Liz, The Most Unprofessional Shift Manager We’ve Ever Dealt With At Starbucks! One Of The Sweet Employees Got Our Order Wrong (No Big Deal), Then Kindly Offered To Fix The Order By Giving The Drink To Us For Fee. Liz, Proceeds To Slam The Drive-Through Window In My Wife’s Face, Spills The Tip Jar While Doing It, Then Rebukes Her Employee Over The Free Drink. Yikes! Talk About Needing To Replace This Manager Starbucks!!!
I just visited this store and got the worst frappucino I have ever gotten in my life. We ordered 2 chestnut praline, no whip, leave the toppings. When we got to the window they gave me 2 creamed frappucinos so certainly NOT what we ordered. We returned them and asked them to give us the product we ordered and while we are looking at what they are doing she tossed the stuff into a blender with a little bit of coffee and gave it to use. It tasted like water so I asked for a new one. They got very visibly angry but obliged.They made us 2 new frapuccinos, barely blended and again with barely anything in them to include the toppings. They are going in the trash can now and we will NEVER visit that store again. If you like to pay extra money for water, go here.
Not sure about the inside, but the drive-through was easy & quick. The guy at the window was friendly & the drinks were made correctly. Tasted great!
Stopped in for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised at the large size of this particular Starbucks at The Parke shopping Center in Cedar Park. The staff was friendly and the coffee was not boiling hot. Bonus points for having family bathrooms. Double the points for them being clean!
Super friendly staff. When I walked in, I was greeted by several of the staff immediately and I believe the manager. Big smiles, happy attitudes!
