This particular Starbucks does not have a drive thru lane. Good amount of parking and all the standard stuff a normal Starbucks has. The staff is fun and friendly. There's a nice outdoor patio but it's close to Lakeline drive so there's a good amount of traffic noise. I will definitely be coming back because the location and service is fast and convenient!
Worst Starbucks I ever been to. Ordered 2 Americano's waited 20 min .they took at least 20 people after us with much complicated orders, got them in and out quick. Asked once about our order they said coming right up. Waited some more than they asked me what I was waiting for. Very rude people
Been there twice, both times they forgot to make my order and I had to wait a long time (not kidding 15 minutes for an Americano). That happens, but they were not very nice about it.
This review about a year ago was a 5 star. The service was great and the store was neat and organized. Now it's a one star review, this is because the new manger Elsa has caused a lot of the nice and caring baristas to leave her attitude is awful towards them. I can tell the workers are not happy. And this can all be attributed to her management style. This store has gone down quickly ever sense the previous manger left. Please don't support this store.

This is my favorite Starbucks but my last 2 visits wasn't so good. I use the mobile order so I spend less time waiting. Today and last week I have had to wait 10 minutes or more waiting for my breakfast sandwich because the employee didn't see the order. Defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.
