Longest I’ve ever waited for a coffee order at Starbucks. I had a Lyft driver waiting for me so I had to leave without my drink. After 12 minutes of waiting, my drink still hadn’t been prepared. I think it’s because they have a busy drive thru and maybe the drive thru orders get higher priority than in-house orders. I’m not sure, but I almost missed my ride home.
I tried this location recently bc my new job is in the area. The cashier was actually very pleasant. However besides that I’ll never go back. The woman making drinks decided to start making other drinks that weren’t not before mine. I waited 15 minutes for my drink, mind you only one person ordered in front of me and they got there drink. Looked as if she was making mobile orders. Set my cup down and took her time going back to it. On top of that she made the drink incorrect. As a former Starbucks employee I know the standard of making drinks. And I watched her every step all the meanwhile she looked annoyed bc I had two modifications. If you want a quick and efficient service this isn’t the place for it.

I don't indulge in Starbucks often but when I do my order is usually correct. A few glitches this morning but Starbucks went above and beyond to make it right. One drink was missing an ingredient and they replaced it with a size upgrade. Then, they replaced an incorrect sweet treat. No questions asked. Now that's service!!!
The guy in the back was very professional and nice I think his name was, “Luis” excellent service!

I love coming here every morning. The staff is always so sweet and friendly. I especially want to shout out Fabio who is so wonderful every day and makes customers feel valued and always has nice things to say. It really brightens my day. Other places need employees like this. Keep it up!
Half the time the store is not open because the staff is running late. I go at 5 AM in the morning and there’s always a 60% chance that it’s closed or not gonna be open for another hour. I’ve also been there when their electricity has gone off randomly and they couldn’t make coffee. I always get nervous pulling in because I know there’s a strong possibility it’s not gonna be open
Really smiley, friendly bunch behind the counter- I had a lovely experience this afternoon. The salted-caramel nitro cold brew was top notch! I've had hits and misses with it at different locations. This one is convenient so I will be back!
