I don't know what's going on with this place, but there's never enough staff, so the existing staff is stressed beyond reason. As a result, you can taste the quality of the food is subpar and and wait times are always high.Is this a case of management being bad? Is it a corporate store with hours cut? This Sonic used to be great so what happened?

First off I would like to say that your employees were very disrespectful by taking 45 minutes to get me and my wife two drinks and then when the worker got to our vehicle she told us to check the order not knowing if it was ours then she went back inside the establishment and didn't come out again and my wife called again from our stall and the worker said our order would be out shortly, once again 15 minutes pass so I told my wife to go to the drive threw and the manager said her employee came inside to go cry. She apologized and said she was going to make up a fresh food and came out with some free drink chips.

AVOID THIS SONIC! Absolutely pathetic.Over 45min just to get my drink.. Recently been taking way longer than needed to get food out the kitchen. Don't come if you think it'll be a quick drink stop, mcd is faster and 2blocks away..Update: Yup, another over 40min wait, for them to tell me no more pickle fries and ask me if i still wanted my drink. Needless to say, I just left after sitting in the stall for an hr. Never again.

Sonics are a joke. They've cornered the market on customized sodas and drinks and I have yet to go to a sonic that makes me feel like I've gotten a darn good value I ordered on the Sonic App, signed in and all that jazz, we pulled in only to sit at Stall 6 for 25 minutes or more (for shakes and drinks). When we pressed the red button to check home boy on the other end answered so politely and said he would check on our order and then we waited another 10 minutes just to check and he said "oh you're missing two drinks?" Honey... no.... we're missing all our drinks. I'm hoping to get my money back and as usual will continue to avoid sonic like the plague. (And don't @ me, I work in fast service food too)

All we got were a couple of ice cream cones and some popcorn chicken. It took way too long, we thought that they had forgotten us and I was about to go ask. The popcorn chicken came out, completely cooled down. Additionally, the staff at a food service place should make an effort to present more clean cut and orderly.Finally, the ice cream cones were handed to us with the food service person holding the cones in her bare hand, presumably the same hands that she opens and closes the door with and handles money.

Well the food was hot... but it took 13 minutes in the drive through. But ... I did get it free. So.. I'm a little confused.But I did wait 10 minutes where they ignored me waiting.. so I got very frustrated. They should of at least told me why I was waiting so long. I only ordered a small tots and small cheese peppers things.After 13 minutes, they told me that they had ran out of chili.Food was 4/5. (Sonic scale)Service was 1/5But they did make it up by giving the food to me free so..Hmmm

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First time it took 30 minutes for two drinks with only one other car in a stall. Sat waiting with the red button pushed, gave up and went through the drive through where the drive through guy took our payment and then kept doing paperwork? And then proceeded to take 5 more cars (who came several minutes after us) order and even walked out to those cars to take their payment while 3-4 different people sat around on the phone. Finally had to get his attention to make the drinks (an unsweetened tea and sprite with cranberry). This time, we waited another 30 minutes for two shakes and by the time they came out to us, were melted and the brownie shake had 0 brownie bites in it. It’s clear management could quite literally care less. If there was a competition for the worst sonic in America, this would win. I’m sure the only response I’ll get is the same lazy, automated response every other bad review has gotten.

Save your money and go somewhere else, they lack the ability to get a single thing correct. Food is burnt and the Sonic blast looks like it has been eaten out of previously when they served it to me. The franchise owner should be ashamed, there is absolutely no form of customer service at this location and no pride is taken in the products that they serve. Your location is trash your service is trash your food is trash the fact that you take money from people and give them this in return should constitute theft.

Waited almost 20 minutes for an order placed ahead using the app. Had to ask for our order after waiting 10 minutes and then it was the worst food we have ever had from a sonic.

Could smell weed workers smoking by drive through. Over the years have smelled at times. I will not go back very bad management.
