I remember when this place was really good. It’s not terrible but the quality is not what it used to be. The quality of the food has gone down while the prices have gone up. We spent $21.95 for a fish plate and a fish sandwich combo. I thought they were closed when I first drove up because the signs are down and the first drive thru was blocked off with cones. But they were open, they had at least four or five employees inside.
Slow service, less than average burger, overcooked fries. Not a fan of this place and my most recent visit did not make me anymore interested in going back ever
I haven't visited a Short Stop in a long time. The guy on the board was being a little snarky with me by saying whatever is on the board is what they have, but the food was decent. My daughter said the burger was pretty small, which it definitely didn't look like the normal sizes I had known of years ago. The fish still tasted the same though.
Always fresh and good! I usually order the double without onions, but I forgot today and the person taking my order remembered for me! Great service!
Good food, affordable prices. Over all satisfied with my meal. Customer service was nice as well.
If you are new to town, stop in any Short Stop and grab a burger. They have had consistently great food for over 30 years. You won't be disappointed. Smash that like button if you agree!
Went to this location last night and was absolutely horrified watching the staff handle my food with bare hands! Covid or not, that is unsanitary, it's bad enough they weren't wearing masks. When I addressed the young lady at the window about the gloves she said okay and....really!Thank you please cancel my order

This is probably the nastiest burger I have ever had the pleasure of throwing away. Burnt bun all around the edge, also stale tasting, dry as the Sahara meat, soggy lettuce and trash fries ? ? not a good place at all. How are yall still in business?
