Best Custard. We love the chocolate concrete with oreos and caramel. We also appreciate the serving size ranges. Not everytime needs to be giant, but sometimes you want more.
We went here last night about 20 minutes before closing time and they staff was very friendly. I wish there was a way to tip them!

Been going here for as long as I can remember, but lately the actual milkshakes have been too thin for my taste (Like easily drinkable through the straw), I’m used to having to dig through the shake with a spoon, and not needing that makes it lose some of the magic. Flavors are still great though, and the customer service is always great
Used to be good. Just got shaved ice and it had more flavor then ice. The stuff is different so seem to me it's change of ownership.
Have to get out of your car to order. Kinda annoying but the ice cream was good. A little pricey
This place used to be 5 stars. We left without even ordering yesterday after waiting in line at the walk-up window. Not sure what happened to the old staff who earned all the 5 star reviews but something has definitely changed. There are signs up saying “now hiring” for $8/hr.. current staff looked unhappy to be there, like they were upset with each other, and not very fond of the line forming at the windows on a Friday night.Update: Went back yesterday (5/16) and there was no line so the service was better. The girl at the register was nice and the ice cream came out fast.
Been coming here for almost twenty years, I understand cost are going up everywhere but do you know have to give 50% less now when two scoops are this small it’s no longer worth it.
I am sure they changed owners because big difference in how they interact with customers. The product is the same, good taste which I enjoy. But no smile, no friendly greeting, no anything upbeat. Drive away with no good feeling like they used to give me. Sad to see this. New owners not big on customer service.
