Great Indian food in this area! Good portions, with the price of the dish you get free bottle of water. The Chicken Tikka is the best! Highly recommend!
Overall a great experience.Food was tasty and in generous portions. Extensive menu. We ordered Palak Paneer (excellent) and Chana Masala (ok) With Basmati rice (good) provided with the dishes. Apollo fish was also great. Naans and Kulchas were freshly made and tasty - plain, cheese naans (cheese was my favorite!) and onion kulcha (good!) Location is excellent. Service courteous and prompt. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best…Food - 9Variety - 9Location - 9Service - 9Atmosphere - 9Value - 9
I am glad we checked this place out. Now I know where to get good Bryani family pack in future. The goat briyani is very flavorful. My husband likes the saag curry. We look forward to coming back here in the future to try other items on menu.
Excellent good. Had the tandoori chicken. Shrimp masala, idli among other things
This is by far the worst Indian restaurant that I ever ate. It is pathetic in every aspect be it food, cleanliness and service quality.Food: Most of the food is stale and is swimming in unhealthy oils. Be prepared to get surprised, we ordered mutton leg soup and Mallai kabab . We were totally baffled when we finally got the dish. The mutton soup was literally mutton curry with water added to it and the malai Laban was chicken with chili on it, there was no trace of mallai what so ever.Cleanliness: The overall hygiene of the restaurant is pretty poor. The spoons are covered in dust and we found pieces of left overs from previous users on our plate ??Service Quality: The service quality is abysmal. We ordered starter and a full course to follow it and we first got our full course and after we were done with it we got our starter which was pretty much not edible. Also, on side note the restaurant does not provide water glasses or water so if in case you want to risk it buy some soft drink.
I was almost a regular customer here. My go to stuff would be dal makhni and dhaba style aloo gobhi capsicum. Came here today to have the same thing, but I was taken aback by the quality of food they served. Dal makhni is no more a dal makhni here. Aloo gobhi capsicum is completely a different tasting dish now. Chicken tikka kebab tasted way different too.Had to wait for 40 mins to get my food. After waiting for almost half n hour I was told they are out of rotis. Then waited for some more time and the server said they are waiting for kebabs.I spoke to the manager and he said it’s the same chef at first. Then he said it’s Tuesday may be the shifts change and some other cook has made it. Be it Tuesday Wednesday or any other day, people come to places because of their consistency in taste. This clearly is not the case here now.Giving 3 stars only for the naans. Rest everything was a disappointment for me.
Ordered gongura chicken biryani and boneless chicken biryani . Boneless chicken biryani is good and we loved it . However gongura chicken biryani was only decent and was lacking the gongura tangy flavor and hence taking a star off .
Nice Indian food. One of the very best in Austin, balanced spices and flavors.
Food was great, service was excellent, staff very friendly and welcoming. Panner tikka , gobi manchurian, mushroom pepper salt, idly sambar was excellent. Mirchi bajji was great, Biriyani was decent ( lacked a touch in flavour , not the best but was good),samosa chat had no salt, once we added salt it was good. Overall the food was great, would definitely visit them again.
First time visiting and I will most definitely be back!! The food was incredible, the staff is very friendly and they have so many options in their menu. I highly recommend this place!
