The staff and food were terrific, which is the only reason for the 3 stars. The cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible and would rate a 1 star. Visible grime one the floors & single occupant restroom was just as bad. So 5 star for employees and food 1 star for cleanliness equals 3 stars.
Treated my self by eating out for lunch today. Asked for a small salad, he served me in a small size BUT was charged for a regular size salad which is the biggest size they have and obvi pricier. The lady in front had a regular size salad which is prob why I also got charged for that size too. Idk but ideally DID NOT want to spend $14.71 on a small salad and be charged for a large salad. If you go , be EXTRA loud and clear in the beginning of ordering and BEFORE you pay. Realized when I got to the office. NOT worth the pricy gas to drive back to complain about an overpriced salad mistake. So I’ll eat it ALL and keep this restaurant out of my rotation.
If I could only eat at one place it would be Salata. There staff is always fantastic. As a loyal and frequent customer I can safely say Dani is always friendly and super awesome. Love this place so much.
I gave it a try because my wife had a meeting there. I am glad I have this place a try. My kid is a picky eater like me. I will definitely come back again.
I love this Salata location! The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. But I can’t stop thinking about the display I saw last night when I stopped in to pick up dinner. There was a female employee helping me and while I was checking out with the male manager I overheard the employee telling him that she forgot to clock in after lunch so could he adjust her time. They were not busy at that very moment but the she had to refill a lot of the ingredients while helping me so they must have had a rush before I came. The male manager replied, while wrapping up my salad, that he didn’t have to change her time but since he was such a nice guy that he would. I hope the owners of this establishment know that labor laws REQUIRE you to pay your employees for their time and not to be nice but bc it’s the law. I was disgusted that this person used his position to joke about not paying this hardworking employee for her time. Makes me never want to visit this or any location in the future. Please inform your managers about general labor laws and requirements. I can’t see how that’s not covered as part of training.
I eat at this location 3-4 times per week & order the same thing, a Caesar wrap. Today, the manager “Will” prepared my order & I didn’t realize it was wrong until I got home so I called & he was extremely rude. He said that’s how the wraps are made & next time ask specifically what I need which I did, since I order the same thing every time I go there & my order never changes. He proceeded to tell me they were extremely busy & hung up on me. Never will I stop at this location again & it’s sad because the other ppl that work there know me & are extremely friendly.
Excellent choices of fresh vegetables and dressings. Reasonable prices.
Need to partner with a delivery service other than Doordash. Finally felt like eating after chemo. I can't drive right now so I ordered delivery. Clearly said - text me when you arrive and I'll meet you up front. No text. No food. NEVER AGAIN.
Nice clean place to share a salad. I can't believe all the options. Umm umm good
I love Salatas I went every week during the 2020. Lockdown!I love the rolls, the dressings, the falafel, the crisp salad fixings.... What do you expect?! I prayed the place in!!
