Food quality reminds me of Taco Cabana. Not bad but not amazing. The flour tortillas where fresh and had a good texture. The place was busy. Orders are placed at the counter top not tableside. The staff was very polite and friendly but not very knowledgeable about the menu. Prices are cheap for the food quantity. And the service was fast

Decent fast food and a nice salsa bar are how I would describe this location. It was clean and tidy the restroom was also very clean. The food was just ok. The salsa bar was fresh and convenient. Would definitely come back to try again.

DO NOT EAT HERE. It’s gross.Deeply understaffed on the weekend rush hour. Half of the tables have not been bussed and are standing with food and plates. Roughly 11 tables in view are covered from where I am sitting.Incredible failure of management. I would like to bring friends here for the adorable atmosphere and well priced food. But until I find out they actually hired local even teenagers who want good jobs I’ll caution everyone: DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS UNSANITARY.

Went around 8pm to grab dinner. Had to wait 10 min for Fresh Fajitas. Definitely worth the wait. Everything was good. And I'm a big critic on rice but their rice was tasty. Give it a try this location is doing well for dinner.

We had the Beef Carbon Plate qnd the Chicken Fajita Plate. This is served cafeteria style but orders are processed quickly. Lots of salsa and pico de ggallo available in varying degrees of spiciness.

The food is good but they always mix up the tortillas. I always order corn tortilla and almost every time they give me flour tortilla. The flour tortillas are fresh but the corn ones are not. Over all a good Mexican food place. I recommend the beef fajita plate.

Step above Taco Bell. Prices are fair for what you get Food tastes decent, salsas are pretty good but ground beef is bland. Restaurant is set up like a slightly higher level Taco Cabana with salsa bar and order at counter and wait. It's kind of like Chuy's and Taco Cabana had a "love child " it was night time so I am not sure if there is patio seating or not

Its good food. I have allergies and nothing I ever ate there made my ears ring or gave me a headache. The people working there are always polite happy and professional. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of room.

First let me state Raymond has been very nice both times we have been to Rosa's, but both times have been a disappointment. Last time it took over an hour to get our food and if there was communication it would not have been bad, but they 5 min us to death. This time super speed everything looked good except the chips. I decided $5 for burnt chips was not worth it and asked for a refund. The guy that came over to do the refund was so so rude. I gave up got the rest of the food returned it all as he threw a fit. Then he gave me back $1.25 too much which I returned to the actual cashier since rude guy decided to ignore me. We went across the street to dos salsas. Paid twice as much got more foodand they have great service.

I LOVE & HATE eating here...I love the food and atmosphere.BUUUUUUTTTTTT-I'm tired of getting REALLY gristley chicken in my enchiladas!! EVERY meal l have to pull out 4-5 chunks of HARD visible gristle that ruins my dining experience.I'm about to start looking for a replacement restaurant... (but l really love this place)And the steak fajita breakfast taco is AMAZING!
