They got good people with good fingers that use good ingredients to make good chicken fingers. The breading is usually light and crispy which is different from the full body breading that some other establishments offer... At the end of the day Raising Canes is really just about the sauce. It is a flavorful brew that is good on everything they put in the box. They never give you enough unless you sub something out or buy more which is a bit of a shame.

Make sure you get what you paid for. Asked and got changed for 6 additional sauces. Never got them with my order. Ordered 2 caniac combos only came with 5 strips in each of them. And only a partial handful of fries. Chicken strips were cold and not at all crispy. Almost wet. And I opened the boxes as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot. Looked very sad. Just gave it to a homeless man on the corner. Both orders. Needless to say that's the last time I'm going to this location. Not even bothering you ask for a refund. Just the way business is ran these days. Sad case all around. Chick fil a it is! At least they are always consistent.

Best Canes in Austin. They are so fast here. In and out and the food is top notch. Line of 15 people was eating in 5 mins. The team here is on fire!

I'm giving this place a four-star. My kids love it, although I think it's okay. It's really just fried chicken and to me doesn't have a lot of flavor. They do have a Cane special dipping sauce which is pretty good and a little peppery, but other than that there's not a lot of flavoring. I will say the chicken itself is good quality and is moist and tender. The orders come in boxes which includes fries, Texas toast and or coleslaw. You can do substitutions which is nice. The Texas toast is good and the french fries are good too. We didn't get the coleslaw, so I can't comment on that. The store is run efficiently and the customer service is good. It is a little pricey, but they have good customer loyalty with a steady stream of customers which is a great sign.

The best chicken fingers, hands down. I like their slaw, too. If you go through the drive through at lunch be prepared for a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Staff are friendly and the ice tea is the bomb.

I came to this Canes on a busy Saturday afternoon. The line appeared long but it was SO quick. They were very efficient and had employees outside taking orders. I got through the line in record timing and drove all the way to south Austin. When I got home, the food was STILL hot and so so good! Great quality canes. Highly recommend!

I love the food here. I'm so glad they opened this location. However, twice I've had issues with my orders. First time chicken didn't taste as fresh. Second I ordered 2 Caniac Combo's and they forgot our bread which was a shame because my husband loves their bread. Other than that I personally think this is better than Chic Fil A.

I just went through the drive-through and got an iced tea. It tasted like soap. They probably didn’t get the machine completely washed out. It would also be really cool if they had some healthier items on their menu.

Very clean and well lit location with an inviting ambiance (there were many cars on the drive through too). The chicken fingers were soo good - very tender and juicy, and sauce was truly boss!

Highly disappointed in your company right now. Tried to order naked finger kids meal and substitute coke slaw for the french fries and was told I wasn’t allowed to. So we left with my daughter who suffers from type one diabetes in absolute tears… I shouldn’t have to add an extra item and then in front of my child throw away the french fries that she can’t have just to remind her that she’s different. Every now and then it’s nice for a type one diabetic child to have a little something to eat where they don’t have to give themselves a shot of insulin poking a needle into their stomach or thigh and then it burns going in it’s just nice to not have to do that sometimes. It’s also nice to just order a meal that you can eat. Very disappointed in your company right now we will not return and I will definitely be putting word out to the entire diabetic community on every Facebook page.
