I ordered canes thinking that all of my items would be in the bag. It’s probably my fault for not checking the bag before I left the drive thru, however the employees ultimately forgot multiple items with my order. I use to work there a couple of years ago and it was once a nice restaurant that rarely made those types of mistakes and this mistake is not the first time this has happened, which is the reason for this review. Overall, the drive thru was NOT busy, with a total of two cars, and the employees should have checked the bag. Disappointing service.
I love Cane's. I really enjoy their cicken fingers.They're tender, plump and juicy. The breading is done right, crispy and delicious. Their french fries have just the right crunchy outside with a perfectly cooked inside. The Texas toast is delightful. The coleslaw is wonderfully edible and their sweet tea is some of the best around.
My family and I love going to Canes. I don’t know if it’s just this location or if all locations were closed for dining in during the scamdemic. They were closed totally and then only doing drive thru even when most places were open.. totally ridiculous. As for the food, it’s always good although sometimes they don’t listen too well when you want to customize and order.. many times, especially drive thru the order has been wrong.. too late once you get home and notice though..

My daughter in law works here and continues to get food and stuff thrown at her. Today was the wanna be supervisor BRYAN I WILL REQUEST SOMETHING BE DONE!
I don't know what to feel, because we love the taste of raising canes. But they're getting smaller and price has gone up. I get it, but don't cut the size of the chicken. I don't mind paying the increase if I get a good portion. And we ordered Xtra sauce and didn't get.Hopefully you will think about this issue. Ty
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. When I was visiting the US from Puerto Rico this was our go-to place as the service was always amazing and the food delicious. It was fast and always on point

Very prompt service and friendly staff. They also disinfect the table periodically which is good for diners’s safety during Covid period. Will patronize this restaurant again.
Will never get food from here!!! they sit here and will reheat there food Instead of just making fresh food !! Waited for my food just for not 1 not 2 but all 3 of us to get food poisoning within a hour of eating !! Food positioning so bad we were hospitalized save you money time and go else where then they refuse to refund my money
