This place is terribly run. This was the worst poppey's we have ever been to. I tried it again thinking it improved over the last couple of years. No. Music is too loud you can't even hear to order. The people were not friendly or friendly. Waited for chicken though the chicken was stacked up. It was clean in the dinning room. Weird stuff on the TV.
Just and update staff cant get any order right any time i went drive trough they can't get it right. They add stuff u didn't order and u don't get stuff that u order. Not sure how fries for side I get hot cinamon apple pie. Also shirmp combo for 7.99 is not worth paying. U get 8 small shrimp. Sprite tastes gross.Really good chicken, staff sometime doesn't get order right.

Ordered ahead for a small gathering right before the holiday. Ordering was straightforward. Went through drive through after notification it was ready and picked up in 5 minutes, besides them being busy. Food was as expected and pretty fresh.
Went by here for the first time today (1/5/2022). I ordered my food via the Popeyes mobile app and noticed they offered different drinks on the actual Popeyes menu drive thru vs the Popeyes app. So I asked the lady at the drive thru window if I could exchange my drink and she said it's already made. It wouldn't have taken but a second to change the drink, but it's not that important to argue about it. The food was great, but the customer service could improve greatly. I will not be retuning to this location due to the lack of customer service. I didn't get the woman's name at the drive thru, but she was Hispanic and extremely overweight, had to be in her late 20s to possibly early 30s.

I've never written a negative review for a restaurant but this is the WORST Popeyes I've every experienced. The chicken is so hard & dry but that's not the only problem. The only reason we went to Popeyes that day is because we got some coupon in the mail. So we went to the drive thru, the PA system is so quiet, I can't even hear what they are saying after I stopped my engine of my car. I also ordered a cup of coke but it is WARM no ice at all, cap is loose, waiter is so rude! just EVERY ASPECT of the restaurant is the WORST! I mean, how is this even possible, everything is just so bad.
