Food sat at warmer for 10+minutes. Seated, waitress waited and helped people that arrived after us. We nothing special and people behind us got their appetizers and food before she took our order. Or food was cold and barely edible. When asked about our meal we explained the situation. Her response was "sorry" and promptly brought us our bill 10-15 minutes later.

Online wait list was a nightmare. It said 30-50 minutes so we added to the list and headed out. 2 minutes into the 15 minute drive I get a text saying our table is ready! Called and they told me they'd take care of us when we arrived, but instead they added us to the end of the list and we had to wait 45 minutes after arrival to be seated. If you're going to do a wait list, at least be vaguely accurate, or don't hold customers responsible if you are so off from the time you quote. Our waiter was the shining star. We are regulars and I'd say the wings were off this time, and the appetizer was so overcooked and dry we didn't bother eating it.I'll write it off to a bad day, but hope this isn't the norm for this particular location.

On a Friday I stopped in with a group of friends. Our table of eight was seated promptly, as we had arrived prior to the lunch crowd. This low-key venue offers every imaginable kind of chicken wing and sauce! Boneless wings, breaded wings, hot wings, chicken sandwiches, salads and much more. Prices are reasonable, and they have a wide variety of adult beverages, as well. We received good service from our server and everyone enjoyed their meals. The venue is clean and has a tremendous number of television sets for your viewing pleasure! Adequate parking is available on the spot. Also, curbside pickup right out front is available if you are inclined.

I've had a Plucker's Club Membership for over a decade and have annihilated wings at Plucker's during that time. I've seen them expand and have witnessed their prices double. I went for a visit with my family last night and was baffled by a 10 wing entree which was priced at $18. This same entree used to have 12 wings several years ago with a much lower price tag. Squeezing the customer by offering less chicken and increasing prices at the same time decreases the value proposition of stopping by for a quick meal. Sounds like investors are calling the shots now. Needless to say, we got up and left. This is fried chicken, not steak folks.Have you lost your minds? Greedy savages.Plucker's will eventually fail and a new business with less overhead will emerge.Go to your nearest grocery store and learn to make wings at home. Problem solved.

Plucker's has a great atmosphere, great food, and wonderful service. It's a sports bar but it's not grungy, and the food is delicious no matter where in the spicy scale you are. Last but not least, the employees are all super nice and friendly. It's a great place.

We went to have lunch today around 2:30pm and was placed on a wait list. After seeing multiple parties walk in and be seated, we asked if we were possibly skipped?. We were informed that if you are a party of 2 or 3, they will make you wait 45min+ just to be seated even with open tables. Any parties of 4 or more will get seated right away. This restaurant cares more about profit than good customer service. Don't expect the same service if you have a small party. We waited the full 45mins with multiple tables available that they were holding for bigger parties in case they walked in. This is not a good place for a date! I thought this was a bar a wing place, but it felt more like I was at chuck e cheese.

Was sat at 4:35, ordered 2lbs of chicken thighs (and was charged for them) as did my fiance (again charged for 2lbs). We waited for an entire hour before telling the waitress we were going to just leave, and of course, the food arrives at that exact moment. Fine we'll eat, even left a good tip. We box our leftovers and come home to weigh the thighs (we track calories and macros). Each thigh was between 3.5 and 4oz each, and we each received 4 thighs. That means we got 1lb each when we were charged for 2 each. I never received a refill on drinks, and it was all around a bad experience. I never leave reviews but this was horrible. They also mess up curbside orders every single time I've ordered here.

My wife and I had lunch here today. Our server, Joy, went above and beyond to help us out. She was so friendly and professional. The service here is usually pretty good, but Joy’s service was phenomenal! We can’t wait to come back to visit her again. Also, the new Chile lime dry rub is a new favorite of mine!

Ordered via DoorDash-Not what I expected. I have some friends in BR that have been raving about this place for years. Decided I'd try them out. The Holy Mac is next level. Absolutely fantastic. But they're not a Mac & Cheese joint. The chicken wings weren't good. I tried Buffalo Hot, but they weren't hot at all. Next time I'll dine in (and get Fire in the Hole) as it'll surely be better fresh.

I placed an online order for pickup and mistakenly inputted the wrong pickup time, scheduling it for 2 hours past when I wanted the order; when I called to fix issue, staff was not able to help me. They advised me to cancel the order and replace it on the app. Unfortunately, I did not place the order via an app, and do not have an account, so I was unable to access the order after it was placed. When I called back to let them know was unable to cancel the order on my end, staff were still unable to help me modify my pickup time and said that since the order had not yet been received by their restaurant, the only thing she could do was wait until it came in and cancel the order at that time. She ended the conversation with: you'll get a notification in a few days on your account... (did not listen to the fact that I did not have an account!). Lo and behold, order was never cancelled and I am being charged nearly $50 for an order I never received. Its inexcusable. Staff needs better customer service training. I am filing a dispute with my credit card.
