DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT! I ordered a pizza and it never showed and the store was closed by the time I realized my pizza wasn’t coming so I couldn’t talk to anyone and my card was already charged. WORST PIZZA HUT!
Pizza Hut has been around for awhile, and my family has been happily ordering from Pizza Hut for a little over 30 years, from multiple locations around the country. Being in the military means we have to move every 3 to 4 years. Fortunately we can count on good tasting pizza and dependable service each and every time. My younger son loves the traditional cheese pizza, while my oldest son prefers the pepperoni toppings with the cheese stuffed crust pizza. Always a Pizza hut close by. Thank you Pizza Hut. ? ?
If I could give 0 I would..I'm 7 minutes away and called after 25 minutes of waiting for delivery for the kid to say I should have had it already and the manager to cut me of while speaking and say that she can get driver who can't use GPS to come back and I can pick it up???Firstly if I wanted it for pickup don't you think I would have chosen that option and 2 why in the hell would I pick up a cold pizza?? Now near an hour later from when it should've been delivered and still no sign of it, no care from them no good will as an apology.. COMPLETE JOKE of business
I walk in to a Teenage looking girl sitting in a chair in the lobby playing on her phone in uniform. She then offers to help which is great but then proceeds to go get another teenage looking girl who are laughing and giggling about who knows what. The entire time I was just trying to pay for my meal they are just gossiping and paying very little attention to customer or transaction. The pizza itself was pretty normal for what I expect from Pizza Hut but service beyond disappoints
Update 1/15/22:Staff is getting into the swing of things! Not as many hiccups as before, and honestly can't complain past needing to cut my pizza again after getting it home. Updating stars from 2->5Original Review:They must have lost key workers over the past 2 months. The past couple pizzas I've ordered have been under cooked and not cut all the way through. On top of this, they offer curbside at random meaning that if you try to get curbside looking like a bum, you might have to get out of the car without knowing. The service inside while waiting for your carryout order is also hit or miss, either rude or having to wait awhile. I'd pass unless you need a stuffed crust fill.
I ordered the family pasta deal with one pan of chicken alfredo and the other of meaty marinara but got home and there was two pans of chicken alfredo which I am not fond of.
Wait time was excessive (a bit under 2 hours!) with no apparent way to cancel electronically. Chicken wing box was crushed, and contained almost no sauce. Pizza was lukewarm and ingredients not adhered to top. Late, cold, disappointing dinner.
pizza was so-so. The Hut has lost its mojo. No curbless pickup at this location eventhough it was selected. Many people ended up walking in to pick up their order. THis location is not great and seldom use it due to bad service.
The last time I ordered, everything was great, except there was no pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza. So I received a code to get a free pizza. Which I used and it was a long wait because they were so busy, but the delivery driver was very pleasant and friendly, food was hot and delicious, my order was correct. I am impressed with their effort and their customer service.
Ordered online for contactless pickup. When ordering, it asks you to say where they should put the pizza when you get it. I chose “backseat.” When the staff brought it out, she was trying to hand it to me through my open window. I have limited mobility on my left side, so I asked if she could put it behind me at the back seat. She opened the back door and more or less threw them on the floor like i was asking for some miracle. Bringing pizzas out to people’s cars isn’t glamorous, but if it’s more than you can handle, find another job; there are tons available right now.As for the pizzas, my hat’s off to the cook. Really solid work that does the store well. My stars are all for the kitchen. I was a cook at Pizza Hut for a very short time 30 years ago, and these were pizzas I would have been proud to make. My advice would be to shape up or ship out any rude staff, which I get is tough in today’s labor market, but still.
