Store employee was great, but she was working completely by herself on a weekend evening and as you might expect was hopelessly behind. One person had apparently been waiting almost an hour and a half for their (uncooked!) pizza. She was clearly doing her absolute best to handle everyone there in the order they came in, but online order tickets were also popping out periodically with no hope of being fulfilled on time and it was just madness. Store management is either clueless with this obvious understaffing or just doesn't care about anyone.
This was the first time ever buying uncooked pizza that took 30 minutes to prepare. I didn't realize that you have to bake your own pizza. I only tried it because I received a coupon in the mail. Big mistake. Why would a company advertise cooked pizza in the pictures of their advertisement and have you cook your own pizza at home? I'm not used to this concept. Had I known this, I would have not ordered. The concept would probably be fine if they offered to bake it for you as well. I will never buy pizza from this place ever again
We often get our pizza from Papa Murphy's, the ingredients are fresh, well portioned and reasonable prices.
Great pizza at a good price. Take it home, preheat the oven, bake ten to twelve minutes, let rest and consume. Fresh and hot.

I didnt expect that I would ever write a negative review about a place I used to work at but...My wife and I came in at 8:43pm and the make lines where emptied out and turned off. Nobody was up front and we could hear someone in the back. We waited a few minutes before I called out to get their attention. The back got quiet but nobody came to the front. We waited a few more minutes and then I pushed the door open so the chime would do its thing. As soon as the door chime went off the guy that was in the back popped around the corner on the walk in door side across from the phones and turned put the lights. (The time was 8:50pm, I checked)After he noticed my wife and i still inside he told us the store was just about to close and they couldn't make any more pizzas because they had already started doing the closing paperwork.When I worked at store 68 and this location back in high school, we weren't allowed to start the full closing checklist early. At most is we could put lids on the totes and put the dough in the walk-in.The worst part is that if they had let us know when we came in that they were not doing any additional pizzas we could have gone to the Leander location (who was still running at 858 when we drove past), but instead we wasted time waiting for them thinking that they would come help us in just a second.I'm very disappointed in how far down hill this store has gone.
Huge Papa Murphy's fan. Will not go back to this location. Crust stuck and did not rise like it should have. There were hardly any toppings or sauce. Very disappointed. It's our tradition to order pizza on Christmas Eve and this year was very disappointing**update**1-7-21We tried again. I asked for no cheese on 1/2 due to an allergy. I called the order in, picked it up 10 minutes later. When I started cutting the pizza, I noticed there was cheese inside the no cheese side (Chicago stuffed). I called and asked for the manager. She said she could not give me a refund. Another disappointment. I love supporting local people but not when orders are not made correctly.
Usually very good but this visit was not so great. Food was ready promptly though it didn't taste like pizza. There was hardly any sauce or flavor. Very disappointed for a $20 pizza that you still have to bake.

And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.” Papa Murphy’s has just been fired! I walked I. Without a mask and was immediately told, “You have to have a mask on to be in here!” Are you not aware that there are exemptions to this mask rule? I have no tolerance any more…you’re fired! I’ll never be back!!!!!
