Food is almost always cold. Drive thru is consistently closed. Curbside never comes to the car you still have to in and get it. And the Panera in Whitestone in Cedar Park is the worst of them.
I've always liked panera bread but I feel like the quality of this place has diminished. They were out of the simplest ingredients and I had some of the hardest bread I've ever have to chew through. Also the amount meat/ingredients in the sandwich and soup left me questioning what I paid for.
Good Panera Bread restaurant. Fast service. Food was decent, hot, & tasty.
Sandwiches are typically good taste wise…. But since when should a sandwich be barely any meat, didn’t have the pickled onions due to shortage… and the price is almost $11 just for the sandwich? Not worth it in my opinion.
The food was good but ordering was terrible. They only directed to kiosks of which half werent working. The others were slow and clunky, causing a line back up.

Horrible cashier named Claudia ! My first time at Panera and it’s probably my last, location is at Whitestone in Cedar Park. Since it’s my first time I opted for going to the cashier instead of using a kiosk, big mistake. I was greeted with an impatient woman named Claudia. She was rude from the start and when I asked her to repeat the sides available, she huffed really l loud and proceeded to tell me that she had said the following already. I finished ordering, but I felt that my mere presence aggravated her. I stayed behind to see if it was just us (sister and mother Hispanic ) that she was responding to this way (I had a feeling it was just us). And from what I saw and heard, I can guess that the was a factor in her treatment. Sorry but no more Panera for me, I will take my money elsewhere.
Feel sorry for this place. Staff shortage is killing it. We could not order it for delivery.My kids love it and it was a pain to one pick up. Staff has been very nice. Hope this bad situation is temporary.

I'm 0 for 2 in my attempts to eat here after both times being turned away at the door by a sign indicating they're short staffed. Other restaurants in the area are quite lively, so there must be a systemic problem specific to this Panera location.
