I ordered McDonald's for delivery and they completely messed up my order. They refunded my money, but did not fill my belly. The next day I ordered thru the mobile app, sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes, when they brought my food out we decided to check our order bc you know. And low and behold they forgot our pies, went thru drive-thru line to let them know, and all they said was I'm sorry you can wait for another 10-15 minutes for us to bake them. I said well my order is sitting in my truck, to which they shrugged and again said I'm sorry. No refund and no pies. It's a travesty how employees treat customers these days. And the work ethic is horrible too. Sad to see a fine American establishment go down the tubes. They have lost my business forever!
Placed a mobile order today. I set to pick it up by drive-through (I stopped doing curbside in an attempt to be considerate to McDonald's employees with this 100 degree weather). But today they told me to pull forward and wait for my meal at the last window. Fifteen minutes or so later, I flagged an employee down and asked them what was going on. Pretty clear they had forgotten about me. The food was already cold when they gave it to me. They gave me a free apple pie. We tossed it in the trash.
This place... We all know is bussin. But we went here on a discussion occasion. Since they were putting all proceeds they got from lunch sales to the college families of the uvaldie shooting. They're empathy is muy bussin. And I applaud then for that ???. Bussin Boy out??
I gave a low score, not for the food. It's McDonald's and you get what you expect. The service, however, has drastically declined. They did a phenomenal job adjusting to the pandemic with delivery and curbside, but recently it takes forever and orders are frequently incorrect.
This location is horrible with delivery. They NEVER check the orders and give wrong orders to the drivers to deliver, then they want to argue with the very people keeping them in business?? Oh no no no, Uber and doordash now have flagged this location. Unbelievable.
Slowest drive thru ever . The line is wrapped around building to the street and still they just take their sweet about getting your order and giving out the food. I thought this was a fast food place people trying to get to work !!!
I could not believe how fast the drive through service was: I always order some custom made sandwich and they had it ready immediately after I paid for it.
Honestly I usually only get coffee here through the drive thru. But this time I got a breakfast biscuit and it was really good. The girls there are very sweet too!
I try to always give the benefit of the doubt especially when busy. They are constantly forgetting items in my order. The few times i have been able to get a hold of someone to rectify the situation the people who answer have been dismissive and completely unrealistic in righting the situation.
Drive thru order taker is bad, cant speak English, childish and unsatisfactory. Sucks. The order tkr cant understand English so the line is very long. You are looking at 20 mn waiting in car from time you arrive.
