I’m sure this is a one-off situation but I went inside to order at 5am this morning thru the unlocked door and got yelled at to leave immediately. I immediately said I’d leave but asked when it would open. The employee got irrationally angry with me and I started leaving. I did mention that he didn’t need to be a “bleep” about it at which point he called me a “bleep”. I understand that no employees showed up to work but why yell at ME??!! I left.
A model McDonald's location. I frequent this location and it is a great one. The food is consistent, the employees and managers are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and it is sanitized regularly. They have order kiosks which I personally like using if when I have a more complicated order.Free Wi-Fi and plenty of plugs to work remotely. While no place is perfect, any time I have ever had an issue it was handled kindly and fairly.COVID Note: The Playplace is currently closed. Plenty of room inside to social distance. All employees are masked. There are also hand sanitizer throughout the dining area.
Nice and efficient McDonald's location. Always a pretty long line for drive thru Food, but it moves along pretty well. Food quality is not always consistent though.
last 3 times i have come my order has been messed up. I was missing a sausage mcmuffin last time and now for the second time i have gotten watered down chocolate coffee instead of hot chocolate extra syrup. i usually dont write reviews but the last 3 times i have not had time to come back and fix it and this is getting ridiculous. why is my hot chocolate watered coffee?? ?
Gave my order to someone else right in front of me then handed me his. No regard for the old man who walked out with my stuff. After I corrected them and they fixed my order they made it incorrectly and put cheese on both my sandwich making them inedible due to me being lactose intolerant.
Just love McDonald's chicken nuggets, definitely the fries and the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, double cheeseburger.?
Food is great but comes with horrible service. They can't get orders right. Manager wont apologize when making a mistake and will try to blame the customer. Very rude. I would give them 0 stars because of bad and rude service.
Best McDonald's in the area. They haven't messed an order up for me & the food is always hot! Can't complain.
Really fast and friendly service. Just wish they'd do something about their drive through lane.
Awful service,they don't deliver to correct address and they don't answer the phone. Don't order online.
