Waited in the car line. No one spoke for about a minute so I thought the intercom wasn’t working. Got to the widow and was told I would have to wait again because the cashier was told she could only speak to 3 cars at a time. It would have been nice if she at least did a simple greeting and that she would take my order shortly. I was annoyed.Then I went inside and used their order menu pad which was efficient. They were fast. Only 1 error with my order which was I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle and they gave me sausage, egg, and cheese.The food was good.
I was on my way to pick up my RX so I stopped for food and a drink at 3:20 pm. I wasnt feeling well and everything was not going well, including my McDs code not working.Jose was super polite and helped me get it all worked out! I lost my voice so I wasn't able to thank him properly but just wanted someone to know how great he was and about the wonderful customer service I received from him. The young lady who handed me my food was able to provide his name was also so super helpful with a huge smile. I wish I had asked for her name as well. They are both a breathe of fresh air at this location.
I just went through the drive they and as usual terrible service, I try to avoid this store, usually go to the one on Crystal falls and 183.Si i always order the same thing, 6pc nuggets kids meal extra fries coke NO ice. I get to the window and they gave me coke with ice and my son won’t drink it like that so I politely ask can i get it no ice please, she was annoyed and gave a look. Left me there while she prepared the next order, she finally turns her attention to me again and dumps the ice and gave me the drink obviously half full all while giving me an attitude,Again I politely asked her if she could fill up a bit more, at this point the manager “maria” comes to the window on the defensive as if I was asking for her first born, she gave me attitude and accused me of not letting her speak, she said if I wanted to fill my drink to wait at the parking space, ridiculous! I get it all they had to do is fix the problem not create a bigger one. But you really can’t expect anything more. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
This is a great McDonald's. The managers here are so charitable. They help feed a homeless man in the area who parks nearby, and have a little dog too.We mostly come for the fries! HahaWhich they don't serve at breakfast. Even if you ask nicely. Sadly.Still, good location.
Terrible customer service. Was missing a meal and the disrespectful (not so little) boy told me I had to pull around and go through the drive in again to re order it. I asked his name he refused, I asked to speak to manager and he told me he was going to call the cops. Went inside to speak to manager and he was yelling over managers shoulder. Found out his name is Angel and he talks to his high school teachers the same way. I know it’s McDonald’s and I shouldn’t expect much but come on. Also, the health department needs to check this place out. My son found a piece of plastic in his food!
Disappointed today. Hamburger had a half stale bun. Pickles were a little chewy. Best price got me there but free will not get me back if you continue to have poor quality.
I came by this place twice while working in area.. ordered coffe first time didn't give me the cream and sugar. Next time I came didn't give me coffee. Came to window and asked for manager then I was told not to come back. This is their mistake and to tell someone not to come back. What kind of a place are u running here.. then when I get home I get a sausage and egg instead of a bacon.. didnt get apple pie either what a rip off.. Wasted money. And the obesity mexican lady in the morning is a very rude person to be working in a place like this. They need to hire people who can read the order in english.
The food is fine probably, my problem is the fact that this mickyDs along with a handful of other restaurants around the area say on google OPEN 24 HOURS when in fact it isnt 24 hours. Stop wasting my damn time with these restaurants google either update the times or dont show them at all. Whataburger the only store open 24 hours. Yall lie, corporate should be ashamed of themselves."Gotta make our store look reputable! Lets lie to the general public about our store hours, im sure that'll go over well!" I'd rank you -1 stars if i could. If you dont want to do 24 hours thats fine i get that. It aint easy, but change your HOURS so you dont waste mine and your future customers time. ?I put in edit for the times of operation, doubt that'll do much though.
The obese Mexican lady at the window this Saturday morning definately had an attitude. She shoved my sausage biscuit and coffee at me then slammed the window. Very nasty person so early in the morning.
It's a very nice resort. With a lot of river activities and a state park nearby. Definitely a recommendation.
