You guys are all complaining but imagine being these workers. They are in a little Caesars that has not had a working ac for over a year. I doordash in cedar park and on Sunday it was disgustingly hot inside. The employees are in front of ovens and huge windows no ac! Complain all you want I can't imagine how aweful it would be to work in those conditions. Yes they are always busy so if u don't see anyone inside it's due to the heat. Oh but they got a new cooler for beverages but the owner fails to care enough about the employees he/she has running their business.
This was my first time ordering from little Cesar and I’m highly disappointed in the quality of their food.I order on Saturday a stuff crust pizza, with crazy bread, and a Twix cookie brownie. When everything arrived it was all under cooked everything was doughy, squishy, and raw.I tried calling them three time that day but no one pick up, I called twice on Sunday and still no reply, I tried once today and still no answer. So I don’t know what’s wrong with there phone or why they’re not picking up call.I just really disappointed in the food and want a refund. But no one will answer the phone or they have a bad number on file.
They need some HELP! First of all I tried calling for over an hour and no answer. The girl in front has no uniform and is drinking her drink while taking orders not washing her hands. Guy making pizza with no gloves and his pants all the way to the ground. Door wide open and floor is disgusting. Very very trashy. Corporate or the owner needs to get in here and make some changes ASAP. (Night of 03-30-2022) love little Caesar’s been getting it since I was a kid but this location is not it.
This place is understaffed. Pizza is never cooked the right way either over cooked or undercooked. They never have the same people working. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to own the place.
Where do I start.. Everyone working No mask, filthy regular clothes, no uniforms. No hot and ready on a Saturday at 3:30, No seating inside or outside.THE girl at the counter Gave a customer a hard time about exchanging quarters for Dollar bills. Pizza sauce left our behind registers, as well. Why is this place open? It was filthy inside.. Don't eat here.
I’d recommend you all check your pizza before leaving my pizza is always uncooked I have to put it in the oven when getting home and it’s never sliced correctly I have a couple kids so I forget to check the pizza before leaving I will not be getting little ceasers again.
Pizza under cooked most of the time so we put it in the oven until cookedKids they need a grown up to make them prepare the pizza right
There’s usually a line here so we order in advance. The portal feature is fast and efficient, and the food is good for the price.
Ordered on their website for delivery and one of two pizzas arrives WRONG. I don’t know in what world you would assume that a customer would want mushrooms on both pizzas if they only ordered it on one. And yes, I am aware of “the pizza isn’t our problem once it leaves the store so check it first” policy but guess what: Doordash isn’t allowed to open the box to check a customers pizza. Spent half an hour on the phone with customer service and had to wait ten minutes for a refund to be processed in the system. Extremely disappointing when the service has been great before. Won’t be ordering again until policies are changed to accommodate an incorrect delivery order since the third party driver’s can’t check the pizzas
Zero hot n ready products are 6 pm. The commercials state there are Hot And Eeady items from 4 to 8 pm daily. However, this store does NOT. Waited 23 minutes for an item that was advertised as ready.
