This store is dirty. It smells inside and not like good chicken. It’s gross. There is obviously a staffing issue at this location and they have signs up saying there is a staffing issue. Employee goes out of their way to ignore you. I would not trust going to this place again in the shape this place is. Bad management to allow this place to even be open. If you can’t staff the place well enough to keep it clean and have employees that acknowledge you when you walk in then you should no longer be open.

Haven't been to this KFC in a long time and now I remember why. We're not fancy people and like fried chicken. This KFC is the last place I would eat if you were looking for fresh, juicy and delicious chicken bathed in eleven herbs and spices. A complete waste of time and money in my opinion. This KFC is officially off the list for good.

Terrible service at the Bell Blvd. Cedar Park location. I would rate them at -5.

Can't dine in. Picked up from drive in window. The chickens are already in the baket, so I don't know the chickens were burned over cooked. This time chickens were so greasy, another time the chickens are just warm, not crispy. Never go back this store.

Don't give very many one stars but this place most definitely deserves it. Ordered drive thru for my wife and I. Two combos, chicken strips, fries, biscuits and drinks. To begin with the charged me for the wrong meal. Which was alot more expensive than the one I ordered. Then charged me extra for a drink that was supposed to come with the order. Make sure you check your receipts. We got our food really fast which was nice but then I realized why it came out so fast. The chicken, fries and biscuit were super old, hard and cold. To top it off they also gave me the wrong drink after asking me to confirm what drink I wanted. Probably the worst food I've ever had from KFC. There's cleary a problem due to the ratings for this place. Hopefully someone's paying attention

I stopped at the KFC on Bell to get dinner on my way home from work which was a BIG MISTAKE! I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders with fries and a drink. I paid $8.11 for the order and asked to have some bbq sauce, which I did not receive nor did I receive a straw. Whatever, not a big deal. The fries were obviously cold and had been reheated and dripping in grease and were very dark brown. I've worked many years in fast food and know what this means. The tenders had also been reheated and the entire bottom of the box was coated in grease. I took one bite and my mouth was completely coated with grease. I decided to turn around and drive back which I don't ever do since the food was not edible. I asked to speak with the manager Cassie and told her the terrible quality of the food. She did not say sorry or apologize and just asked for the receipt. Like no big deal this happens all the time. She refused to give me a copy of my receipt, and asked for the drink back. I'm assuming this is the same blonde girl that is rude that everyone else is complaining about.The worst part is she was the one in the kitchen cooking and supervising. COME ON GUYS, HAVE SOME PRIDE AND DO BETTER!!!

I ordered a 12 piece mixed bucket today which was supposed to come with 6 biscuits. I got home and the box of "biscuits" actually contained 1 biscuit and 3 legs. I suppose this was to make it feel like the weight of 6 biscuits. There was no white meat in the bucket, I drove all the way back to the store and It seemed as though this was my fault. After some resistance the biscuits were replaced. I was assured that the white meat was in the bottom of the bucket which I trusted to be true. Got home to 6 legs, 3 thighs and 4 wings. As I was at the counter getting this taken care of there were 2 people in line behind me one with a receipt and the other with an order. Both said they were there to get orders corrected. I understand how difficult things are these days but the least you can do is admit mistakes and correct them. Won't be back here even though KFC has always been one of my favorites.

Haven't been to KFC in forever since they got rid of their wedges and I stopped eating animals. Came back for the Beyond plant based chicken meals and was very surprised.Blew me away nuggets could taste so much like fried chicken. They aren't some weak fast food nuggets, they're quality, flaky, crispy, and have some chew like the real thing. Try it out.

Your service sucks. It's been a while since I've been to this KFC. Decided to give it a try and order delivery again tonight. Why bother selling sides of gravy, and having an option to request sides of sauce, if you're NEVER going to include them? EVERY time I order an extra side of gravy and some honey for my biscuits, and EVERY time they're left off the order, despite being right there on the receipt you stuck the bag. I work fast food. I understand every nearly restaurant in the world has staffing issues right now, but it's not hard to send out 100% accurate orders. Also, they must still be waiting on someone to come fix their phone like a month later, because they still never answer!

Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. To begin with the woman who took my order was super rude & kept rushing me. I’m not sure why there was no one else behind me and you can’t go in the restaurant. I asked for the 8 piece family meal with Mac n cheese instead of coleslaw. She said “hun it’s that price for a reason, no substitutes”. I also asked to have no legs in my bucket and was told they couldn’t do substitutes, that they didn’t have enough chicken. I ended up ordering my order a la carte so we could get what we wanted, which cost more. I asked for my bucket to mixed original & crispy. Got home, it was original only. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the macaroni was burnt and it looked like Frenchfry crumbs were in it. It was un-eatable. I will say that the guy who took our money at the drive through was polite, but the woman who took our order should not work in customer service. She was rude and disrespectful. Additionally, I had went to this location, the day before at 10:50, there hours state they open at 10:30, they were not open. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to KFC.
