Smoothie’s were really watery and not blended well. Also had lots of chunks in it.
Inconsistent service and overpriced for what they end up providing. They frequently mishandle orders, for instance forgetting to omit particular ingredients in smoothies, or dealing with other customizations/modifications. Employees change rapidly, and each has their own style of registering customizations - resulting in the inconsistencies. I’ve found other independent and chain smoothie provide better service and quality.
They were quick and kind, however, I ordered the strawberry milkshake drink and all you taste is pure banana. Not one ounce of strawberry or milkshake flavor of any kind. It's great if you are a banana lover.

The staff placed pecans in my order despite me emphasizing how allergic I am and then refused to give me a replacement or refund and claimed it was just the Blue magic. However I will say the vegan burritos are really good. I would just stick to the food and avoid the smoothies.

This is the third time they got my orders wrong, and instead of taking care of it, they asked that I go back to the long waiting line and make a new order. Disappointed.
I have been a customer of JuiceLand for many years. I ordered my regular smoothie from this location and received a phone call from a staff member stating she was canceling my order. She asked me to place my order at a different JuiceLand location. After asking her for the reason why my order was canceled, she explained that I have been banned as a customer from ordering at this location. I was shocked as I have no understanding as to why this may have happened. I have always been kind to staff and a generous tipper!Previously, I had been stopping by this location every Wednesday for the last year during my lunch break. Out of the blue, I can no longer order from this location. I asked for clarification as to the reasoning behind this location’s decision not to serve me and the staff member explained that it was due to a personal issue of one of the employees at the storefront that could not be disclosed. I do not know anyone that works at this location. Even then, I am confused as to why personal issues amongst employees dictate who can and can’t be a customer at JuiceLand. This is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business and its management. It is especially unfortunate as I have always held a very high opinion of JuiceLand as a company and its involvement in Texas communities. I hope they can sort out their management and staffing issues at this location.
Great place to find the replenishment and delight your body needs. The staff is always helpful, ask for Bridget if you want some great recommendations. Highly recommend the rehydrater if you've had a long night, or the blue hullabaloo if you've just finished an intense workout.

Horrible service . Despite a heavy tip I got my order late . Some kids who ordered after me got their stuff before me as they were in a urgent mission to save the planet !
