I’m not one to write reviews or complain because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, we all make mistakes occasionally. I’m only writing this so that management is aware and can make necessary changes. My husband and I have frequented various locations of Jason’s Deli and always liked the food and service, love the salad bar, variety of choices and free ice cream. For some reason this location rarely gets our order correct. We often order online and pick up, so it’s not until we get home before we realize our order is wrong. Very recent examples, 1) My husband ordered a chicken salad sandwich with other vegetables, everything was added except the chicken salad. 2) I had ordered a veggie wrap and received a wrap with lots of meat and cheese. 3) Last evening we dined in hoping the quality of our order would be accurate. I ordered a turkey wrap but received a veggie wrap with a side of salsa that I didn’t order. I thought about taking it up to the counter in exchange for what I actually ordered but didn’t want to wait for a new order to come out, plus I do like the veggie wrap. There are more examples, like getting the wrong soup, etc. This happens so frequently I’m hoping management will read this and somehow improve quality control of orders being accurate. We do try to go through our pickup orders due to the frequency of mistakes. I don’t want to hurt this business location, honestly trying to help improve it.

Great customer service experience! It was a super busy day and somehow my order got lost. But the staff knew that meant someone was missing a lunch. When I approached to inquire they immediately jumped into gear. They offered a fresh sandwich or a refund. They had placed my meal in a to-go box to keep it fresh in case I discovered the issue timely. I accepted it and all was well. They checked in and made sure that my lunch was top rate. I was impressed with their concern over the error and the care put into correcting it. Things happen! Great lunch, Great experience.

This is a good, convenient place to grab a bite to eat in Cedar Park.Convenient to Costco & 183.Service was fast & friendly, dining room clean.

Fast. Called in, ready when I got there. Left in a minute. Courteous. Cheerfully began as I approach the counter. Quality/price good. To be useful, reviews should average 3 star. One star and five star reviews should be reserved for memorable events. Companies profiting by false ones and fives should be ashamed of dishonesty. I'll keep this Jason's on my phones list for takeout.

Food is good. Service is okay. We waited over 30 minutes for our food in the drive thru. Not worth the wait. Will not be back and we are frequent diners. When you have a 2 yr old with you, you cannot wait that long for food. Very disappointed.

I really wish I read the reviews before our visit to the deli today. Clearly, the deli management have not taken the time to make some changes.The woman’s restroom is still filthy, many of the tables had dirty dishes. Its not like they were short staffed. Plenty of staff behind the counter. The worst part was my “Fully loaded” baked potato was covered in melted cheese, it was obvious the potato was microwaved.Who microwaves sour cream?! 1st and last visit, Worst Jason’s Deli by far !!!!!! Been waiting for over 40+ minutes in the drive through for Alfredo, Mac n Cheese, and a single potato. They then asked us to pull up to the yellow line and we waited another almost 10 minutes. I know first hand that there’re a staff shortage but this is absolutely ridiculous, I just want my food and I would be understanding if it didn’t take almost an hour at drive through. Not to mention the worker slammed the door on us at the drive through and was very short with us.

Drive throu is the worst service. Every single time I come here my order is messed up or missing something. They don't check the orders as going out, no gloves worn or hair nets. You know how many times I have had BLACK MAN hairs in the my salads. Please up for sanitary measures , and please double check the orders.. The prices are so expensive might as well go to Chuys for good service and good food.

The place is filthy. Worst is Jason‘s deli I’ve ever been to. Staff unhelpful and pretend not to understand customers. Many items were not fresh and it just don’t taste like what we are used to at many other JD’s.I think the difference probably is that this is a privately owned franchise versus a corporate store and the owner is very cheap. We are just so disappointed because we live very close to this location.

This deli is dirty. I do not recommend this Deli.There were plenty of staff and an adult Supervisor on site. The bathroom was nasty. The floors were dirty. The chairs and tables had crumbs. No one was bussing tables or cleaning. I will never go to this business again. It is mismanaged. Nothing positive to say.
