This place has always been great to us. For some reason we did not have a great experience. Our waitress forgot our drinks we ordered. Our food came out COLD. I’m not kidding. My wife ordered fajita nachos. Our friend ordered shrimp something. They brought her the wrong order. The waitress didn’t apologize or bring our food back out. Somebody else brought the food. She only checked on us once. Just unbelievable.This was our first time back here since they remodeled. I don’t know if they are under new management or what, but that was our worst experience. Maybe we will give them another shot at later time.
Surprisingly good and surprisingly different from the location in Austin on 183. The menu is the same, but it's a completely different feel from the newer and more bar focused location in Austin. And I absolutely love this.This location is like the neighborhood Tex-Mex option that most places in Texas have or used to have. The service is friendly. The chips are warm and they keep the chips and tea refilled. The salsa has a good flavor. What really sets Jardin Corona apart is the huge menu. There's a lot of good options on the menu and the a la carte section is enormous, allowing you to create your own combinations. I tried two different tacos and they were great along with the enchiladas.This may not be gourmet, but it's comfort food for most native Texans.
Absolutely love this place. Great food and good prices. Breakfast on the weekends is phenomenal, you have to try the tomcat. The staff are awesome.

Been going here since I was a kid. Always good food and large portions. And they have chicken mole enchiladas!
I was dying for some Mexican food and decided to order take out from here based on the reviews I read on Yelp. HUGE mistake! I ordered the Pechuga Jardin Corona. Normally we would not order anything close to $20 per plate for take out, but it was my birthday and the description sounded so good that I had to have it. My husband also ordered a specialty plate - Steak a la Jardin Corona. The description for both stated "lightly fried", however you could not even tell it was chicken or steak. Both were so disgusting and hard that the only thing that was not hard as a rock was the cheese and mushrooms. The beans - were almost GRAY. I was so sick to my stomach that I could not even eat my meal. My husband managed to choke down half of it - only because of the price he paid for it - and handed the remainder off to the dogs. This was on a Monday evening and we strongly believe that this food was from the weekend and reheated. There is no way that this was fresh and if it was, as claimed, the cook needs to be fired for serving such garbage. NEVER will we return to this establishment. Worst birthday meal EVER.
I've eaten here many times, and enjoyed it. What they served me today, I wouldn't feed to a dog. Don't know what their problem is today, but I won't be back.
Jardin Corona is pretty much almost a weekly staple for us. Good food, reasonable prices, our favorite drinks and great staff.
My family's favorite place for Mexican food. We go often and the food is always delicious. Excellent service from friendly staff.
