Great subs but a little pricey. Cashier was not customer friendly, everybody else was peachy.
Ordered a turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich and got home with no ranch.Disappointing!

Dont go hungry! Not busy at all, three people behind the counter, waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches. The sandwiches were okay, nothing to write home about.
In short, when you order a $13 sandwich you shouldn't be hungry still. You shouldn't have to pay extra to have enough meat for your sandwich that already cost 13 dollars.I kept having to pull off bread because it wasn't holding anything. I told the guy it hardly had any meat and he wanted to sell me another sandwich. I'm not trying to spend over 20 dollars to get full on a steak and cheese sandwich... That's just ridiculous. I just paid 13 dollars for a snack, not a large steak and cheese sandwich. I'd keep complaining but I really should be getting ready something to eat.
The chatty girls behind the counter gave me a cold and soggy sandwich after waiting over 30 minutes. Not what you expect from firehouse.
I've never had any issues with the food here and the quality of ingredients has always been high. The only suggestion I have for them is to setup some kind of official pick-up shelf for online orders. It's always a bit confusing when I come in to grab my order. Sometimes it's on the counter, sometimes it's behind and I have to ask for it, or other times they are still making it. Being able to walk in, grab my meal, and not bother/talk to anyone is always the ideal experience for us :)
Worst service....Today staff made me wait for 35 minutes for a single footlong cuz they were busy in talking and enjoying...
So I can definitely point her out it was not the lovely clerk at the register but the heavy set woman who obviously regrets her life and job who wouldn't give us pickle spears upon request lying saying she put them in our order when we asked for the pickle spears.Learn you position and purpose! When asked for pickle spears immediately shut your mouth and give the paying and donating guest what they are supposed to get with their order this would have been a 5 star reviewIf when we sat down at home to eat we would have had a pickle spears with my sandwich we only got one we ordered 2 sandwiches and requested 3 pickle spearsWish you were better at a simple task
