Great food, the app has totally made my experience so frustrating with you guys though. I wish someone would tell Corporate or higher up about all the problems with the app. It either glitches or kicks me out of the app or freezes when it’s time to make a payment.Today it randomly logged me out in the middle of my order, so I finished my order then had to start all over again when it made me login. Then when I finally went to check out expecting something to go wrong, the time is off. It is 6:50 PM here and the app says earliest available is 8:50 PM.This is the third time in the past month I cannot order off the app. What’s the point of giving reward points if you can’t earn them. You need to fire whoever is in charge of the app honestly I can build a better app than this!
I'm tired of coming to this location and getting the wrong order. They've messed up custom orders and this time gave me the complete wrong sandwich. I can't keep driving back in my short lunch break trying to get them to fix my order. I'm just going to have to stop using this Firehouse location, which is a shame because I used to love Firehouse.

IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN THE GIRL THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS VERY RUDE AS she was taking my order her facials expression where rude and she seem disrespectful as she walked away she was like why me why me i think she got mad cause it was 840 wow worst service tonight than i asked for extra pickles and she seem to get mad just the facials expression said alot as i asked and threw them in the bag with a attitude worst service i always get treated with love when i come in not this time !!!!Rude service!!!
I’m almost 6 months pregnant and I miss sandwiches the most. This past weekend a pregnant friend of mine said she’d been going to firehouse subs and ordering the Italian sandwich because they toast it so the meat is safe to eat (pregnant women can’t eat deli meat). I had to go there today and order this. When I explained to the cashier that I recently heard about this he said he could cook it twice for me if I wanted. Absolutely! He made me feel so safe to finally have my 1st sandwich in months! I’m so glad we have a local firehouse subs and an extremely thoughtful employee to even suggest double cooking my meat to make me feel better. It took extra time but he never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He just gained a super loyal customer!
Really good sandwiches. Hero Sub, fully involved, jalapeño chips, and a cherry limeade... Trust me.Vast selection of hot sauces as well.
It was disappointing to see that not one employee was wearing a mask during our visit. Especially since COVID cases in Texas are increasing every day with the young adults, which was the demographic of those working in the store.When I called the store, the manager told me that since the Governor has not mandated masks that you have no control over making employees wear one. This is simply not true and quite frankly a weak excuse.Firehouse Subs states that it cares about “First Responders”. I find that contradictory to what we saw in the store this evening. If you truly care about these individuals, who have been pushed to the brink during this pandemic, you would help them by making your employees wear masks so that we can eradicate COVID-19.
Delicious food. Service is good but a bit slow.
Very tasty sandwiches if you haven’t tried them. Though the prices are way too high it’s just the chain. Feel like a fancy sub come here, want it quick and cheap there are better alternatives.
I’m a huge firehouse subs fan and this is my go to sandwich place. I love that they now have a gluten free bread option as well. They are always friendly, give me my extra pickle I ask for and never mess up the order. My only note is the soda machine is a bit dirty but hey...isn’t that at most places?
