Saw thus place was coming to Cedar Park on July 1st and got happy.Made time this morning to go and get breakfast for the family.Got there had to wait a couple minutes for them to get set up no problem. When they finally take my order right from jump already had to change my order cause they don't sale the chicken biscuit for breakfast. Why have it on the breakfast menu for.so I went ham, eggs and biscuits. bacon breakfast burrito and biscuits with the gravy.the ham was good the biscuits were good.the bacon breakfast burrito had all egg and cheese and one slice of bacon. The biscuits and gravy could of used some season.I couldve of went to Carl Jr's. and gotten better gravy. I was somewhat disappointed.

Have been wanting to try them out for a while. The biscuits are like grandma used to make and the gravy was on point. I had the Phil D and the wife had Lil Ivana. Both were very good.

My mother's name is Anita so when I saw their menu item for Anita it was meant to be for Mother's Day. Alas, we received the eight meals that I ordered and three were not complete. Wouldn't you know it, the Anita, was missing the best part - the jam. I even purchased two Anita's so she could try both the peach and the grape and others could split the extra two. Then I also got her the strawberry Belgian waffle in case she wasn't in a biscuit mood. The strawberry slices put together did not amount to one full strawberry. To top it off, the Craven was missing the best part...the sausage gravy. Later that day I get a text asking about my experience with my order. I replied what you see above. No response back.

Definitely Disappointed In Quality of service and professionalism that represents this food truck. I worked for this food truck as a chef since the last week of February 2022. My name is Amy Lynn Flores and I carry myself with true integrity period. I have to share this truth. I've been running food trucks with my family over five years. That's my passion. I love to serve people and bring smiles. I truly love their concept and ideas for food on Eat my Biscuits. Food Trucks are my life, I love great food. I saw an ad on craigslist and decided to go join there team while I work on my own goals of having my own food truck park. I wanted to stay in the game and be helpful at the same time while accomplishing my goals. I was excited to work with Peter, Stephanie and Shane (there longtime chef with seniority), And there sweet runner who is a teenager so no names ;). I love to work and bless every situation I encounter. Leaving everything better than when you found it is my motto, ask anyone. To say this job was hard is an understatement, But I expected that. I embrace the challenging work. I have a true work ethic and I love to work hard play hard. I replaced the previous female chef because of "issues they had with her" He and the owner Peter bad mouthed her and after her working for about a year they fired her with an email. Not even letting her know I was going to replace her. I felt like that was shady but I thought she was a bad employee like I was told. I never met her so I don't have any favoritism, the reason I mention this is because its exactly what they did to me, with no warning. Not even the promised email from Peter the owner. After waking up at 4 am and driving to this food truck every morning from onion creek and giving up my weekend visitations with my lil boy to be there for these people. Like I'm committed. They burned me bad. The other chef turned out to be exactly how he claimed the previous chef was. He constantly played me making my job harder and trying to undercut everything I did to clean up the truck and try to help the owners make more money. The owner Peter actually spoke of investing together for a mobile truck, He sent me ideas pics menu names. The head chef with "Seniority" has a bad habit with pills. Even asked me if I could help him get some, which I'm 420 friendly but other than that, no thanks. He told me that the owners have no way to track there money each day or the hours we actually work so any one can just take money or put hours and they wont notice. Well that's not me cuz EVERYTHING comes back around I know this, and I have integrity, I cant steal. I requested bleach to clean and anything I requested like gloves or cleaning supplies The head chef would hide all these things from, just creating obstacles including seasons and ingredients passwords he would switch numbers. This was frustrating, but I didn't want to let him run me out. I brought it to the attention of the owners and it got me nowhere. So I decided to run my shifts there with integrity and the best service I can. Dealing with all the roadblocks the best I can, with dog hair from the owners bringing in food they prepare at home which is not always on point. The owner and his wife cook the sausage and biscuits at their home. The sausage gravy usually gets brought in still raw after cooked so we have to remake it...The chef has no Food handlers license, none of the food is stored properly and these people don't have experience enough to control this and get it right. The head chef runs everything and Peter the owner claims to send emails out for explanation of random termination of good people. On Wednesday April 27th 2022, The head chef came onto the food truck out of the blue, threw my cash tips at me and told me that if I had a problem with him I don't have a job He proceeded to disrespect me and "run me off" I was really shocked by this and the way I was treated was totally unacceptable. All I can do now is share my experience and say I will m

Oh. My. God. This is the BEST biscuits I've ever had. They are so good. Everything tastes so fresh and clean. The gravy is heavenly, the biscuits melt in your mouth, and everything else is just perfect. If I could give it 100 stars I would!

We went for breakfast and got the Arnold “The Hamminator” biscuit and the Lil LeBiscuit sandwich, and they were amazing! The biscuits were huge and that was definitely the best biscuit I’ve ever had! The Arnold came with an amazing honey butter on it, but it was easy to eat like a sandwich. The man working the food truck was also very friendly! Both meals were delicious and we’ll definitely be back soon!

First time coming to this place and they did not disappoint! Excellent biscuits and gravy. Added scrambled eggs. Great place and will be back!

One of our new go-to spots right outside of Liberty Hill. The food is delicious & the staff is super friendly. We keep taking our friends and family here to try it every chance we get. The biscuits are AMAZING!

Stopped in to try something new. Got the Ada's, biscuits with honey and butter. The honey was poured over the top of the biscuit and then very cold butter pat is wrapped up in the box. So now you have honey in the bottom of box and you get to cut open the biscuits, fight the butter, and then attempt to smear the biscuit around the box to try and pick up the honey. Now the price was very reasonable if not cheap at $3.50 or something similar. However I would be willing to pay more if the biscuits came with butter and honey on them. Or honey in a tub so that once you cut open the biscuits you can put the honey on them after fighting with the butter. So something I hope they consider. Nice people, fast service. And I am sure this is probably just this one menu item and had we made a different choice it would have been better results. Will stop back again and hopefully will find this was just a rare case of bad luck.

My first visit was arriving at 630 am, 30 minutes before they opened but the lady, Amy came outside and assured me she could start cooking early. It was worth the wait, great biscuits and gravy! Thanks Amy!
