May 03, 2022: I believe most of the staff has been replaced about a month ago. The old staff kept up consistently with getting out good quality food. The old staff was trained well. A month ago, I considered this store to be one of the best Dunkins. But after a month with the new staff, the quality of food has gone down, there is no consistency in getting food out. Dine in has completely stopped. Mobile ordering has completely stopped. Only drive through exists now as they are unable to fulfill orders and mess up the final orders despite having to process only drive through. One would think since only drive through orders are being taken, the quality and consistency of food can be maintained. Apparently that is not the case. Very disappointed.
Being handicapped I definitely am always concerned when there are no parking spaces that are prominently designated as handicap parking. I have been here before and asked them to take care of the situation and I guess they just ignored me. We also told them all their trash has including the bathroom trash we're full. Of course this was ignored also. I was also displeased that of all of the things I wanted and asked for they were out of. They advertise this new specialty drink but they're out of the stuff to make it. However when I was finally able to find something they had available it was very good.
donuts are the best! Love them. The staff is so friendly .
What happened to all the different flavors of iced coffee and others? I’m not sure if it’s just this location but they literally had nothing on the menu and I tried to order drinks but was told “we don’t have those anymore, we haven’t updated our menu yet”. Ok so update it so customers know what y’all have and don’t have? Literally this is why everyone goes to Starbucks next door.
Had an UberEATS order. Fulfilled timely, beverages were still quite warm. Same with the bagel minis. I can tell the store is efficiently run. For those who complain - Dunkin isn't your fancy cafe so don't expect 5 star hotel products ok folks, also they are probably short on staff like everywhere. I don't think my drinks taste perfect either (got toasted almond syrup n coconut, both taste cheap and artificial but that's just Dunkin, not Starbucks or fancy joints) but for this location I think it's doing pretty great ?
As always best coffee and no long lines for milk and sugar like it's competition.

Definately do not respect national coffee day promotion. Awful customer service.
Dunkin used to be a daily routine until we moved near this location. Prices for the same items fluctuate day by day and the staff isn’t really trained it seems. Same coffee order tastes different every time we visit.
I went to have breakfast at 7am on 7/15/21 and the lobby was closed,I called the store and was told they are open at 7am, that he will let the staff know about it. Today, went again 7/20/21 and the lobby was closed again....I wonder if the owner or main office is aware that they are not opening the store and they are loosing business....irresponsible staff.
