I used to eat chipotle all the time and I loved it. The last few times I've been at the Cedar Park location I've been disappointed. The quality of the food is not the same anymore and they do not serve much protein either. I gave it one last chance today and it was the same. Even when you ask and pay for double meat the do not serve much. The staff is really bad as well. When asking for some items on the side the ignore you and you have to ask multiple times. Same when asking for especial requests. It seems they do not want to work.
Pretty good food. Great for a quick bite to eat for lunch. I do like it but Chipotle is a chain restaurant and I personally like to try new place that are not part of a chain. Place was clean and people were friendly. I personally think smaller restaurant take more pride in there food and customer service. Not that this experience was bad at all.
Our food was supposed to be delivered an hour and a half ago. No one answers on their app or at their store. I have no idea when or if we will get our food so we’ve ordered from somewhere else. When we’ve gone inside for pick up the staff is rude and extremely slow. Will be using Freebirds in the future.
This may be the filthiest chipotle I’ve been to. Tables, food counter… I don’t even care that the staff is young, I do care about some basic hygiene like keeping clean surfaces at a food prep location. Also- I thought quesadillas are supposed to have cheese melted in them…check photo to see what I’m talking about.
this chipotle resturaunt in cedar park is pretty much the only place open to eat today.
We ordered through Grub Hub, the bowl lids were not there just used aluminum foil to cover the food and all boxes are stacked. Food is very watery with very very less quantity seems like quantity of 1 box distributed in 3 boxes. We used to love Chipotle but this location is worst. Please don't order food from this location. It's not one time , they keep on repeating this every time.My kid love chipotle and near home so we tried couple of times. I will never go to this location again and i informed all my friends and collogue about this. Not sure how the manager is going so blind on these issues. It's not worth money and time.
No one answers the phone and they do not prepare delivery orders as they arrive. Delivery drivers are forced to wait while other orders are prepared first. Took over an hour to receive order that was estimated to arrive within 30 minutes. And on top of that, the burrito bowls I ordered are half the normal serving compared to the dine-in portions. Might be time to find another option for quick weekday meals.
They do good and food is ready when they say it will be. You do need to check your order before you leave because they have a lot of new staff.
i went in to get a quesadilla and they refused to assist me and give me the large instead of the kids i’ve never had this happen before and don’t appreciate the way i was talked to over me wanting an adult size instead of a kid size that cost the same but for a smaller amount i’ll never be back to this location
