I enjoy my dinner with my Son and daughter in-law. The environment there was peasant and food was great.the waiter wasn't to great he kept forgetting something never asked to see if we were ok or need a refill,so assuming he was new still a tip also left a tip for the young lady that was having to attend our table.didnt get her name wish I had. She done a wonderful job.
Sam was our server and he was absolutely amazing. If you go to this chili's, I highly recommend asking for Sam. He was incredibly polite and fast. He was very attentive and any time we needed something, he was quick to respond. I was absolutely blown away withthe level of service I received and will for sure be coming back.
Our server was fantastic and super sweet but there was a very rude individual who came up to our table with bright blue hair and a longhorn shirt… didn’t even looked like he worked here. We were trying to enjoy our meal and he disrupted us eating just to tell us some nonsense or he was going to force us to leave. Absolutely unacceptable. I was finally having a good experience at chilis and this rude individual ruined it.
It was too much, the food was really good but honestly the service was horrible. The only upside we had (on a date) was that our waiter was trying really hard. When we asked for the molten lava cake to share it was never brought after 10 mins so we just left after paying. Also never got refills, so only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is cause our waiter was trying hard and the food was actually pretty good.
Nice place right near the mall. Food was good and we were seated instantly. The waitress kept our glasses full and was very attentive. Nice experience overall.
We were asked to wait 20 before being seated. This is happening because this company refuses provide reasonable pay to their staff. The bar was closed early at 8:00 p.m. I mean if you are not going to provide complete service then don't open at all.
Best Chili's ever. Staff was super friendly and the food tasted great. Exceeds our usual Chili's at home by far. The baked potato soup was perfect, the chips were warm, the burger was perfectly cooked, and the skillet cookie tasted amazing. Our waiter was super nice. It did take a while for us to get our check since we didn't have a kiosk thing at our table. Overall a problem-free and memorable experience.
Our service at Chili's was exceptional. The recommendations are always great. This last time I had a presidente on the rocks to start with the southwestern egg rolls. For the meal, I had an entree that had Brisket quesadilla and half a rack of ribs. The ribs as usual, are amazing, but those brisket quesadillas were also great! Must try for anybody that loves BBQ.
Service was terrific considering the shortage of staff. We didn't wait too long and our waitperson was quick and very friendly. The food is, you know, industrial Chili's fare but when it comes out promptly and prepared right, it's not bad. I think this Chili's location is better than a lot of the locations I have visited. Give it a try and I hope you have the same experience!
We had a wedding party of 15. And they did a awesome job !! Very good good and drinks had a blast. Had a great time. Good customer service. He did a good job !! Dominic was our sever and he was awesome!!!
