Nothing too out of the ordinary. Busy lines, so my father and I resorted to curbside delivery and managed to find a parking spot within 20 seconds. Bigger known locations like this one commonly tend to have very long lines that can sometimes reach out of the property. Please keep an eye out if you try to get in the drive thru.In the past I've seen drivers be as rude to slam the gas to cut in line.To anyone who tries this, Please don't do this. You endanger any passengers, pedestrians, other drivers, property, and especially yourself. You're also violating any laws that prohibit this type of behavior. No matter what reason, you should never try this. If you can't wait for the food, please reconsider your options for sustenance.
I haven't been to this Chick-fil-A in probably 6 months because of poor service and poor food quality that I received the last time that I was there. well this location once again didn't fail to disappoint me. unorganized, long lines, food's not prepared so you're forced to leave the drive thru and then go the wrong direction through exit so you can sit there and wait for your food. it's dinner time. how do you not have food ready? then after waiting I get my food and check my order and of course there's no ketchup so I have to continue to wait now for ketchup, even though I escort when I place my order and even though it's on my receipt, they still failed to give me ketchup. Bye CFA Cedar Park, you are not worth it. realized when I got to my destination that there are no napkins and I was also given unsalted fries. so now I guess I get to wipe my hands on my pants tonight
This Chick-fil-A has the efficiency of a McDonalds. Every time I go, they let multiple cars that arrived after me go ahead of me in the Drive Thru, or I will wait 20 minutes for a curbside or pickup order. They also don’t always get the order correct, which is so unusual for CFA, but for this location, it’s a regular occurrence.I keep giving them chances because I don’t want to have to drive further to the next location, but from now on, I will be doing just that.
Waited over an hour on curbside this past Saturday, and they never got my order right. I tried to go inside and sort it out but it was chaos on the inside with people trying to find their orders. Because I had a little one with me I gave up and left without some of my items and with the rest of my food ice cold. Stick to drive thru at this location.
They have a terrible line system in the drive thru. They let 4 people that got there after me go before me in the other line. That’s the equivalent of going to any other fast food joint and having four people just cut you off right before you hit the speaker to order.(Next day) Tried again this morning to see how their drive thru did on a second chance. Same thing happened today. They let 6 people in front of me that got in line after I did. They need to do something about this. I won’t be going to this location again.
This Chick-fil-A is just a bit different. Good was good, thought the round hah browns were a bit greasy. We were one of the teachers being used. They still have the sauces and napkins blocked off, and they really weren't prepared for us to order.
The restaurant was filthy the service was poor. Certainly not what we’ve been conditioned to expect from Chick-fil-A
I visited this Chick-Fil-A in Cedar Park to buy an ice cream cone for my daughter. They were very courteous and fast. They usually have good customer service and good food. I recommend this place!
I love coming to this chick-fil-a location! The staff is extremely polite, especially Jamal!! He is such a kind and enthusiastic soul, making the experience so much better, the food is always fresh and delicious as well!
Today the service was eh. I had to keep reminding drive thru what I ordered. Drive Thru forgot my drink after I asked for a drink carrier. Then when I got home my wrap was missing. Sucks .... because no dinner for this momma.
