Yooo where do I begin LOLThis place is a MESS!!! Tables were dirty when we walked in, our table was dirty where we were sat & they nvr bothered to clean it. We ordered fried pickles they had NO flavor and came with random fries in them. We ordered mozzarella sticks they were so under cooked the cheese nvr melted and the red sauce looked so gross & already dipped in.My sons brisket burger had weird hard parts in the meat & all the fries we got with our meals were cold. ??♀️ oh and when we got the fries it came with hard pieces of chicken tenders bits it in (we nvr ordered tenders) LOL my wings were also cold. The only good thing here was the Sierra Mist ? I guess this is what I get for cheating on pluckers. #neveragain #iwantarefund
Slow service, doesn't seem like staff cares about customer service. Very dead inside there. Wings were ok, but quality is not on par with other locations. It's so close to the house and I want to love this place, just doesn't feel like they actually want customers in there.
Wing flavors are great but really undermined by the temperature of the wings. I order takeout and they've been cold 4 out of last 5 times. Only time they were hot was during Super Bowl. This last time I went I arrived 15 minutes early. Young lady at desk was helpful, checked twice said "almost ready" both times. I get the food expecting to at least 1 item to be fresh (what else would cause the wait), everything was cold, not even close.
Quick service once they realized customers were at the front counter. Likely due to staffing shortages as most places have. Friendly hostess and got order 100% correct also a rarity at most places now days.
This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Me a black man, went with my sister-in-law a white woman, to get some beer and wings. Date of service (2-5-22)We sat at the bar. The topic of Black History Month came up I informed my sister that up until 1969 black history was only celebrated for a week. This is public information therefore we did nothing wrong. Moments after our discussion we were approached by the bartender. Once she approached us she essentially kicked us out because we were offending children who were sitting at the bar. Several things wrong here.1: This is America.2: I'm a paying customer just like everyone else.3: Why in the hell are children sitting at the bar?4: Black History is American History.5: What gives the bartender the right to censor conversations at a bar top.It will be a cold day in Hell before I visit this place again.Be better, do betterTrash experience
Buyer beware, you will not get the chicken that you used to think that you would gotten in the past. Tonight I ordered three chicken naked tenders and that wasn’t even a quarter of a breast of chicken. My husband ordered 10 strips of chicken and they have cut those strips by bite-size.It’s like getting a half a piece of a McDonald’s nugget. I would not ever order from here again.
This location does not make the wings that Bdubs is known for. Corporate needs to take note of all these reviews and conduct an immediate kitchen retraining. The salt and vinegar dry rub wings had almost no flavor and were not the crispy kind other locations make. Buffalo wings were also soggy. Not worth the trip at all.
I really like their traditional wings so I placed a Togo order from their website. I was there to pick up on time but they made me wait for almost 30 mins just to check on their register that they forgot to give the order to kitchen and then I had to wait for 40 more mins to get the order and when I asked for the reason for delay the guy at the register just kept saying it will take time and they can’t serve uncooked wings. After waiting for 10 more mins I finally got my order and I was all messed up with wrong sauces. customer service here is terrible and I would suggest anyone to go to the one on Palmer street.
Attempted to visit this location with my husband, 4yo son and 6 month old daughter around 3pm a recent Sunday afternoon. The dining room is closed and the only seating available is in the bar. However, a good portion of tables have "table closed" signs tucked into the menu holders and the open tables were filthy. There was one low top table we would have been able to use a high chair, but it was taken.There wasn't anywhere to sit so we ended up having to leave.
I ordered to deliver and they didn’t get my order right!!! I called 5 times. They answered once to ask how they could help and then hung up without giving me 1 second to answer!!! This was suppose to be Buffalo sauce not sauceless wings.
