I love this locally owned business! Top notch service at every location. The staff are always friendly every time we visit. We enjoy checking out karaoke at the Georgetown location every Friday night. The other locations also book live music acts that are a lot of fun to watch.Great environment with really tasty beverage options!
I absolutely love this place, the people who work there are always nice, the coffee is fantastic (I personally get the mocha), the seats are super soft, and they have games like Jenga and Uno to play while you eat and drink. 10/10 place to go with your friends or just to relax and read a book
Very nice corner spot location. Not much room inside and when I visited, there were a good number of guests inside. Seems like a great spot to do work, study , or meet with a friend. Which was my reason for being there. I was super pleased see there were gluten-free options in the menu. A good variety of food choices for a light meal or snack.
The place serves awesome coffee but I keep getting charged a different dollar amount for my large coffee that I have been taking every day after my workout for the last several weeks. I truly and absolutely love the coffee but the GM and M staff keep charging a different dollar amount. I take small quantity of steamed half and half for my coffee to keep it warm for more time and i am happy to pay extra but not a different dollar amount every time. Please fix if you can or else I will find another place that serves me coffee with some appreciation for being a regular customer.Have a great day!
Delicious coffee and a really nice atmosphere. Always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Great small pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Great place to start or end your day.
Um, don’t be fooled by the website. This food is not made fresh like at a cafe, it’s mostly frozen foods. The service wasn’t great, no smiles and they couldn’t hear what we were saying. There is good music playing in the lobby but they have different music playing in the kitchen and it’s so loud you can’t enjoy the music. Could be great but it isn’t.
Fantastic coffee , staff and environment. I was pleasantly superseded and would recommend Black Sugar 100%.
Nice friendly coffee shop without the big corporate feel. If you have a need to work they have outlets on the tables for your convenience. they have a variety of goodies if you need something to eat. The drink menu offers a full variety of drinks including specialty coffee and smoothies. Its a good place to meet and have a relaxing conversation with a cup of coffee or work or study.
First of all.....WOW! I loooove coffee and at home I like to try all different styles ( pod, grounds, and fresh ground beans) and flavors (ok...so far I've only added honey and different creamers) but this place is where I will be going for a long time if I forget my home brew. The Elvis is just what I need in the mornings. Warm deliciousness ?, must try.
I love this place, it’s convenient and cozy inside. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it’s so inconsistent depending on who makes the lattes and coffee. It makes me sad cause I really want it to be my go to. Hope they can fix it
