Decent tacos if the tortillas had not been burnt. Unfortunately that's all I could taste over everything else. Sweet tea was good. And drive thru moved fairly quickly.
Best Coleslaw and hash browns, ever! I grew up in San Antonio and have been eating Bill Miller's for over 40 yrs. My first job was at Bill Miller's!Fried chicken is always on point and the sausage is great as well. Since I've lived in Austin I've had the likes of some of the best BBQ on the planet so for the BBQ it's good but it's still fast food.The breakfast is as good as a hearty breakfast can be. I'm always down for Bill Millers!
Had the worst customer service from this franchise ever. I go to bill miller almost everyday. The lady the line the call her ms Monica I believe was so rude. I explained my food was not portioned as I order 3 tacos because I’m hungry. She give me tacos full of potatoes so I asked for more eggs and she said no it comes with one scoop. I explained the portion size was small and she just kept refusing to accommodate my order so I asked for someone else to help me. Jennifer came to the register to help and gave a portion of eggs inside of the hot sauce cup. This was really rude and I feel like Jennifer carried the same energy as Monica. The manger did come over and asked to remake my tacos. I refused as at this point I don’t even want to eat the tacos and allow the energy that was made with these tacos to enter my body. Poor customer serve for a nice franchise. I hope someone talks to these two employees about the importance of customer service. I will never eat at this location again.
Great food and great service! My husband and I eat breakfast here a couple times a week and occasionally drop in for lunch or dinner. The breakfast here is awesome! They have great breakfast tacos with fresh tortillas, fluffy pancakes and amazing biscuits…really everyone should try their breakfast. The staff is friendly and cheerful and greets us even when they are super busy. Becky cracks jokes with us and Ms. Guerrero always has a sweet smile and is quick to get our order ready and out to us! All the staff is great and friendly.
Hate to give a great review because the lines are long but it didn't take long. Was told breakfast is great. No lie. Egg and potato tacos were delish!! I'm afraid I'll go every day. Probably need to walk back home. 5 miles. ?
Employees are incredibly rude… there’s some really short girl there who wears these giant completely unnatural eyelashes that are somewhat creepy. She is always so snooty and rude to everyone that walks in that I have decided I will no longer be getting my breakfast tacos from Bill Miller because it just ruins my day to deal with her. Even if she’s not feeling directly with me it’s just horrible to see the way she interacts with other customers. I have witnessed this on multiple occasions and I’m just completely done with it.
The cashier suggested I try the Cod fish dinner and I decided to go for it and I was so happy. Bill Miller is so great, if you have not been in a while, get in there! If you decide to also try the Cod, smash the like button below!
The BBQ is ok, but this isn't why I go here. The chicken is to die for. Best fried chicken anywhere. And no MSG. If they didn't have fried chicken there would be no where else to go. Everyone else uses MSG. But really, the chicken is so good. Even the chicken tenders with gravy is amazing.
Look at what is advertised and what you get. This is either, at best, poor employee training or at worst, false advertising. I like Bill Miller from living in San Antonio where we always went there for breakfast tacos. However, this Cedar Park location has been sliding downhill for a while in its portions. Today I finally had to say something.People want breakfast tacos….not a tortilla with a little bit of topping for flavor. Sorry BM, you’re gonna have to up your game before I give you another try.
The food is always reliably good. Recently that had to do some price increases so it's not as good a value as it was.lots of new staff so be patient. Personally I have been a bit put off by their owners getting openly political while touting the brand.
