Ordered online for pickup. Website stated 9:35pm pickup time. When we arrived to pick up the food they said there was no one at the counter. When someone finally arrived at the counter, they claimed they did not receive the order and could not make the food even when we showed the order confirmation. This is a ghost kitchen run out of Indian Delights. The original restaurant has incredibly poor service and their ghost kitchen attempt to increase customer traffic still suffers the same issues. DO NOT COME HERE THEY NEVER HAVE MOST OF THE MENU ITEMS. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
Ordered online.Credit card charged.Went there to pick up.Was told (after long wait) they can't see order.Asked them how it is possible, they say d will refund.Today saw pending charge has been posted i.e. they didn't even refund.Avoid these guys ...
Rude and careless customer service, and after their error and extra 20 minutes of waiting, never received my order. Ordered/paid online, showed up for my order 5 minutes after it was meant to be ready, and was told they had no record of it. They also have no cell signal inside or wi-fi, so I had to step into the heat repeatedly to download the email receipt to prove it to them. They say they'll make the order and it will be done in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later still no order, and so it was time to go elsewhere. The many employees at the front of the house are likely underpaid and undertrained as they could not possibly have cared less about their own error or failure to deliver. The new brand/concept was exciting, but this is a failure to launch.
Vegetarian food is amazing. Chhole Vadapav and Hakka noodles were very tasty

Tried the paneer tikka Burrito which is actually a biryani roll which barely had any paneer. Not a burrito from here again
This was some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had!!! It was perfectly cooked with great spice, delivered really timely, with no issues. I’m so happy and full!!
They have different name. And when i gave my honest feedback this is what they respond - stay away. They are hopeless
Great tasting food ! Flavorful and fresh - very authentic . The dosa Oder was missing sambar.
We ordered hakka friedrice, curry fried noodles,scheswan fried noodles - all items were terribly spicy to the point of inedible. We are used to all kinds of spicy food but this was awful and unprecedented - we had no option but to throw out the food!!
