They got our take out order completely wrong and then blamed us. I was shocked with the complete lack of accountability. The leadership team is horrible! If you are a hiring manager make sure this previous employer is not on the resume! Shout out to Amy, Cori and Sofia!
Not sure if they changed ownership, but it is not the same experience. I understand prices have gone up in every aspect of our living, but lunch specials do not include a little egg roll anymore and if the concept of combination Fried Rice means rice, rice and some more rice with bits and pieces of meat which will require a magnifying glass to identify meat particles, better off buying frozen fried rice from a grocery store.Also, service has depreciated. Stood at the front counter for 10 mins before got acknowledged while 3 waitresses walked by.Think twice before visiting Amy’s China Cuisine in Cedar Park, TX.
Great service and good food until my last order!Asked to add an additional soy sauce to order, young man who took my order, said he could not because he’d ran my credit card already, and he had to charge extra for sauce. Really? on a $54.00 order? Never been an issue in the past. Been a client for a while now, great food, may reconsider my future patronage there.....
Awesome lunch spot. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. Someone posted that the lunch special no longer includes a little eggroll. That is false! My wife and I both had lunch specials today. The entrees came with a fried spring roll, white or fried rice, and your choice of soup. Everything came out fast. The soup comes with a plate of fried wonton strips. We both loved our food and plan to come back soon.
Save your money and head to round rock! My kids meal came without rice, bowl for my egg drop soup was so dirty and my sweet tea wasn’t even drinkable. It stunk like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Spring rolls were forgotten and took 40+ minutes. “If I could rate 0 stars I would” ? this place is a joke and doesn’t deserve any business
We get take out from them once every week or so.. food is always ready by the time i get there. And as long as you talk to their host, bartender, or waiter you will get your order right when you ask for it. Mamagers seem to have alot going on and forget to get the order when they asked what your name was on the order...
We order for take out. First lf all the lady on the front doesn't know if is possible to change the combination of fried rice (why you dont go and ask to the manager). Seriously, is a "combination" why can't I decide to replace the shrimp for chicken? Second. The presentation of the food was very poor. Third and more important.. all the food was re fried.. nothing fresh, egg rolls dripping oil, fried rice from like 2 days ago, ribs old and heated in the microwave, bassically I lost my money and my appetite. I'm not going to eat again in there. Next!
Such a great experience on Christmas Eve.I placed an order ahead of time and was told how long it’ll be til it’s ready which they mentioned it was a little longer than usual due to the multiple orders they’re receiving on Christmas Eve. I completely understood and showed up a little later than the time given. When I got there, I was told it was going to be a little longer and again, I understood. The gentleman with glasses even offered a beverage as I sat by the door and waited. Many customers came in around the same time I did waiting as well. They were a few customers upset about the wait which is the reason for my review. The girls and the gentleman at the front were very sweet, kind and apologetic for the wait.I asked one to write their names down but I lost the paper. To the crew in the front at 5pm, thank you for the wonderful service you provided. It was a very busy day and y’all stayed positive and were nice to everyone that walked in.Thank you Amy’s for the delicious food as always!
It’s smelling bad and the server is so rude .. she snatched the plate from my hand when I said I didn’t except the dumplings to be fried.. as a customer I didn’t get what’s expected and she wa very rude in accepting that.. any is very very rude and throwing the menu’s everywhere .. crazy insanePlease don’t visit this place
Wow! Amy’s was ready for the holidays. Placed my order for delivery. Went out back to video grand babies. When I came back in there was a knock at the door … my food had arrived! I don’t think I could have picked it up faster. Best part … order was correct and delicious!
