Got brisket, lamb rack and sausage.4 stars for brisket - Pretty good, have had better but great considering this is a small business.3 stars for sausage - Decent smokey flavor. But it was served with casing, which was inedible and had to be removed manually.2 stars for lamb rack - meat was very low on taste, was undercooked too.All in all, decent place. I'll probably revisit for the brisket.Update: Not revisiting for the pattern of rude comments to customers by the owner. Also removing another star for owner behaviour. Plus you/Veronica have a post on fb saying all halal meats - brisket, chicken, lamb, lamb sausage, beef ribs and Quail.

Food is delicious specially the brisket and beef ribs melts in your mouth, staff is really nice and welcoming, everything is halal except turkey and beef sausage , bathrooms are super clean. Definitely coming back :)

First time trying Alzers, and probably the best BBQ I’ve had in a loooong time. Ordered a couple brisket sandwiches, beef ribs, turkey, and chicken. Brisket and beef ribs were out of this world! The ribs were consistent all the way through, moist, and tender—overall perfection. The turkey and chicken was extremely moist and flavorful which is really hard to find anywhere these days. Mac&cheese and potato salad: 10/10. so much flavor! They also have some outstanding salsas to try if you’re into that. This will definitely be our go-to spot moving forward!

My husband & I ate at Alzer's last night and the brisket and turkey were very tender and moist. Best brisket I have had in a long time, and I have tried many places. The sides of potato salad and cole slaw were very good. We will definitely be back for more in the future.

Local family in Cedar Park who make great barbeque. Go for the classic brisket and sausage. But it's all good, all the time.

I went in for a chopped brisket baked potato for a late lunch. I sat there for about ten minutes before my food was brought to my table. Once I received it I had to assemble the toppings myself and add BBQ sauce to the brisket that came chopped up in a styrofoam cup...it was very dry. The potato tasted as if it had been reheated several times, it was clumpy, not fluffy and light. Additionally, they were out of large cups so I ended up paying for a bottled drink. When I asked for a cup for ice, I was given a tiny water cup. The whole experience was less than enjoyable.

I wanted to have their BBQ several times before I posted a review but now that I've had it at least 6 times since they opened the restaurant, I have confidence in what I'm going to say. I will preface that I'm a BBQ connoisseur having been born and raised in a large family of BBQ cookers and eaters.First off, this is a family owned and run business that really cares about its customers and it's pretty noticeable the minute you walk in. We've tried just about everything on their menu and we have yet to be disappointed in any of it. We've taken friends there to try it out and have shared our food with others and we've all the same conclusion, it's amazing! The meat has a rich smoky taste that you can tell was cooked for hours, but it's not over done with smoke. Very tender and moist, especially the brisket, but all their meat has just been amazing. If you go early enough you might be able to get some chicken which to me is award-winning! We love it!! My kids LOVE LOVE LOVE their macaroni and cheese so I usually load up on that as well. When you consider the friendly staff, amazing BBQ and sides, and just as importantly, the price, it can't be beat! I'd put their food up against Smokey Mo's, Rudy's, Stiles and Switch, etc. and considering everything, Alzer's would be my choice every time. This family knows what they're doing, true authentic Texas BBQ! We are lucky to live a few blocks away but trust me, even if you live in Austin, Leander, or Round Rock, you need to get you some of this good stuff! Go early because they tend to run out of BBQ towards the end of the day but that just shows you how good it is. You can thank me later! :)

BBQ so good you don’t need sauce, especially the brisket!!! The rack of lamb is AWESOME and worth every penny!! The MAC & CHEESE is AMAZING!!! And the TEAM is INCREDIBLE!!! I’ll be back many times over!!!!!!

First time visit for lunch. Solid value! Has the Beef Rib plate with one side, cream corn. Ribs were great and the cream corn was perfect. They were out of Mac and Cheese but will return again. BBQ Sauce is on the sweet side, like Sweet Baby Ray's. The beef jalapeno sausage had a great flavor.
