Toooooo much seasoning on the lemon pepper wings. Then they had the nerve to give me a few very small ones that counted toward my 20 price like really and the fries were old..I have just been wasting my money lately eating out. Working all this overtime, I need a personal chef because these fast foods are not getting it like seriously. I NEED TO EAT AT PLACES THAT HAS A REAL KITCHEN.

I ordered 10pc bone in well done bbq wings and I got bone out not cooked bbq wings with barely any sauce when I pick up my food from here I’m gonna check the food to make sure it’s done right since the workers there don’t have the common sense to do an order right or even cook the food they’re meant to sell.

Never again! So, we placed an online order at this location the Saturday after the snow/ice situation in early Feb. Our wait time was an 1hr and 20 minutes, cool. We arrived and did not get our food until 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Had I known it wouldn't be cooked until we arrived, I would have never placed the order. I commend the young lady working the front register. They were obviously overwhelmed with online orders and short staffed. This is my 2nd time ordering thighs from Wingstop, first at the DeSoto location, in which they were dry, and at this location...see the picture. The wings were larger than the frog like pieces I was served.?

Got my order late tonight and I paid extra for the fries and didn’t get them. Super disappointed because my family really likes the fries. Tried calling to ask about my order of 3 fries or get a refund of my money, but no one answered.

Waited over 2 hours for cold wings that weren’t even my correct order. The employees don’t come to the front desk to greet you or take your order . They let food sit on the rack to get cold instead of calling out orders. Don’t answer the phone. The employees also play in the back while the front entrance is packed with customers. Seven workers and not one seemed to be able to handle the chaos. Close this location down or rehire all the staff. do not go to this wingstop, wings world up the street is MUCH better

Rehire the entire staff! I waited over 2 hours for them to get my order wrong and it to be cold . The order should have been ready as it was literally only 8 boneless and three tenders some of the smallest items on the menu.

This service is unacceptable ....staff is unacceptable....wait time is unacceptable.!!! Owners and managers beware this unacceptable service and staff will definitely affect your profit margin!!

Been here almost in hour said it would 35 minutes. Staff doesn't answer the phone I called 5 times then decided to drive down and witness 1st hand staff ignoring the phone just having a good time. This is the 3rd time my order is wrong. After placing an order online for pick I still had to wait an additional 30 min. for my order. And when I got home our food was cold and very greasy. This will be our last time ordering at this location.

Do not order here! WORST WINGSTOP EVER!!! FOOD DELIVERED OVERCOOKED! Called and no one answered after calling for over an hour. Went to the location and they said they stop taking calls after a certain time. Complained about the food being overcooked after paying $65 for wings. They said they couldn't give a refund because it was ordered online. Asked if they could remake the food and they said yes but it would take awhile about an hour because they were behind. It ended up being about 90 minutes waiting and got home and food is still overcooked! It tastes like the grease is old and they are burning the grease and food.. Never pay for this!
