First the wings were great! Pricey for the size but not fatty and the taste was great! But the customer service. Absolutely glad that there’s not just teens running the show BUT the tall, slim guy is likely running away your customers. He just stares at you, and is very condescending when just taking orders. It’s horrible! Definitely not a good look for business. We shouldn’t feel unworthy or a bother when trying to support/order food from an establishment.
Please disregard the negative comments. These wings were absolutely amazing! It’s so hard to find a good wing spot but this place is it! First time trying but it’s already the family’s favorite spot! The wings were perfect sized, seasoned to perfection, and cooked like I requested.
I love this place especially the one in Dallas they need quality control with the franchise Cedar Hill location the lemon pepper wings were so salty I only ate 1 and the honey gold was too dry I just threw the box away lost my appetite. Please put some adults in this location kids can’t uphold your standards
If you have not tried the Wing World in Florence it is a must. They have the best wings. So many flavors to choose from like 30 or so. Best customer service ever. The food is amazing when they say xxx hot they mean it for the hot lovers out there. Their Bourbon wings are sweet with a slight tang. The garlic parm wings a delightful and they are the best I have had anywhere. The dry ranch wings are savory and will knock your socks off. You can get french fries with your order and they are not overpriced. I say it again if you havent tried them head on to the shopping center behind the shell in Florence where Poppa Johns Pizza is and try them. Support this business. Buy locally you wont be disappointed!!!!!
My wings were good but I’m giving 3 stars because of 1 customer service. I walked in and waited a second and the tall, slim guy came out from the back with food and just looked at me…. No hello, how you doing just looked at me like I’m crazy for standing there. For 2, I know there’s a chicken shortage and inflation is up but a 10 piece for $10.99 could at least come with some fries. Overall the flavors I got was good.
I am literally tired of not getting what I order. On February 12, I ordered a 15 piece. 10 original hot and 5 mango habanero. I sent my dad. Took an act of Congress for them to find the order despite giving the name several times. Finally get prepared to eat and I was shorted wings. And I only had 7 original hot and the rest mango habanero. Like it's a big thing considering food prices. There are too many young people who work this location. They seem unconcerned and lack customer service. This is my last time patronizing this business
Today was my first time buying food from this place, and it was also my last. They got my order wrong and I noticed once I got home. I called so they can please re-make it and they guy was extremely rude over the phone and hung up on me. I never raised my or argue with him in any way. Simply asked if they can please make it right so that I could come back and pick up my food, and he said: we have nothing to make right because it we did nothing wrong, and proceeded to hang up on me. Customer service speaks volume about this “gentleman” on the other side of the phone. Will never visit and do not recommend at all. I give it a 0.00 stars.
3 stars because,we ordered pick up and we couldn’t tell who’s order was whos since nothing was labeled and the fries were basically bare even though we asked for Cajun and lemon pepper fries. Both fries were basically unseasoned, couldn’t tell a difference mostly just tasted like potato. Expected lots of seasonings based of pictures and reviews but really couldn’t even see any seasoning on them. I can’t give a thorough review on flavors of the wings because we couldn’t tell which flavors were which so that was all disappointing but overall the wings were good. Might try again but ehh, maybe not.
My family and I usually go to BWW or Wingstop. We decided to try something new and am so glad we did. I called and asked a few questions and the guy on the phone was PHENOMENAL. He answered them and made sure we got what would work with my family. He even made sure my husband got what he wanted. We will DEFINITELY be back!
At the Lancaster location I literally saw a worker drop a piece of chicken on the ground and put it back in the bowl with the rest of the cooked chicken. They are absolutely SLOW and the customer service is HORRIBLE especially the little dark guy that works there. I would NEVER support this business again!
