Do not waste your money here. Ordered two piece dark. Was very salty and greasy. Livers were overcooked to dryness with 50% of breading fallen off. Chicken tenders were not tenders. They cut breast across the grain to a tender like shape. They were fried to the point where they were so dry you could not bite through. Think chicken jerky. Again 50% crust missing. “Stuffed Peppers” were chopped up jalapeño in cheese goo, breaded and frozen. Yuk. If they were brave enough to have the dining room open, I would return everything except the 2 piece. Former restaurant owner.
My wife had to wait almost 30 min for our meal.The employees were getting in and out of a car that could have been a friend of theirs. When they should have been working. No chicken was ready; you think!!! The second time they had us to drive to the front which was understandable. They brought out a half order, we told him, "this isn't all of the order." He asked, for our receipt; took it in and never came back. Another guy brought the rest of the order, when we asked, for the receipt, he said, "Oh". He goes back into the building, and comes out with a bald-up receipt. Are you kidding me!
I don’t know why I keep trying this location , they have a lot of people working there playing and making sure their friends get free food . They don’t care about the customers and the long line in the drive thru. I’ll make that drive from cedar hill to go to the one on 67 and red bird , better customer service and fresh food .
So sitting for over 10 minutes waiting on my livers, they should've been cooked....NOPE. Most Disgusting livers ever and it tasted like they were bad as well and even green inside, just nasty.
Very poor service & rude employees!!! Took us 10 minutes to get a door dash order & not even a thank you!!! Ridiculous!!!
I haven't been to Williams Chicken in over six years, so I was driving by and was wondering,if it's still good. The service was slow, the young man forgot to take my order in the drive-through, so when I got to the window it wasn't ready. The chicken still taste the saying so overall, it was an okay visit
Only giving one star because I’m unable to give them a zero. Twice in under 12 hours I wen here trying to get some chicken and both times I was told they were out of chicken. The first time they said it would be 30 minutes before they had more but they were closing in 30 minutes. And today all they had was a few thighs and one breast. This is the worst chicken establishment I have ever been to and won’t be going back.
This Williams in Cedar Hill is that BS!!! Those kids have you wait at the mic and come home and say it’s a 20-25 minute wait on chicken. I was so furious because they have done me like that before. It was 9:00, it was around the same time before and they said 15 minutes…I left ran into nearby store, came back and they said the exact same thing. This is ridiculous, send them home if they don’t want to work!!!
If I could rate lower I could, always out of chicken 30 min wait ,or they always get your order mixed up smh ,the employees are extremely nice ,but the management is horrible
I couldn't place order at the at the order broad,so that meant no apple pie because none were cooked, they never have any cooked my fries were HORRIBLE ,so that makes the CHICKEN HORRIBLE.
