I visit this location and went to the drive-thru today. I waited in line 7 to 10 minutes and bit down in my burger and it was totally cold and the meat was cold as well. I ask for the manager and the little girl working refused to call the manager she grabbed a bag and said okay we're going to fix it over and I told her no I need you to cook the meat fresh. I waited another three to four minutes for them to redo my burger. Somebody came at the building and the burger was barely warm. I will not be visiting this location again. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time or your money
Rude child working the drive thru, u don’t have to be happy about taking the order but you gonna have some respect. The drink was watered down and nasty too I doubt they are servicing those drink machines right and the food wasn’t even cooked all the way. Whoever is managing this place is NOT doing their job. Also woman at the window just handing out food not saying a word. I don’t remember this location ever being this bad but not coming back. Also I love how there’s not a survey portion at the bottom of the receipt anymore lmao I can only imagine why.
The food was delicious, but while waiting on order men's restroom had flooded. There were NO signs indicating restrooms were closed. It was disgusting to walk in water in the dining area where you order. Also, manager knocked on women's door while lady was in restroom telling her she shouldn't have been in there because it was flooded. Well I was waiting on my food, and before the customer walked in the ladies restroom, there was NO signs indicating the restrooms were closed. Manager starts barking orders at employee to hurry and mop, and place out of order signs on the door. I guess worker wasn't fast enough so she got a broom, and started sweeping the water away herself. Meanwhile, customers were waiting to order at the counter being ignored by all the other workers. Next, manager walks behind register and starts taking orders while telling employee she would have to close dining area down because of the water. I am sure manager did not wash hands before touching the register and handing customers their orders! I was at the Cedar Hill location on Beltline right in front of Kroger at 3:30 pm on Saturday, April 9th. Finally, this is the slowest Whataburger I've ever been to. Everytime I visit it is always slow in getting your order whether you're in the drive-thru or go inside. I will not be coming back!!!
The manager/supervisor Ms. Kimberly refused to complete an incident report this morning Saturday, April 2nd, when a cup of hot coffee splashed over my hand immediately after the drive-thru window worker passed it to me.The worker never acknowledged what happened as I screamed in disbelief and pain; so I asked for her manager. I expressed frustration saying whoever made my cup of coffee didn't secure the lid. I had to ask the worker to take the cup back and give me napkins (as my hand was aching and trembling).I asked for an incident report; but to my dismay, Ms. Kimberly said the coffee "should not have been hot and she couldn't do an incident report unless I'm blistered. I'd have to come back later if my hand blisters." Unbeknownst to her, that was very insulting to my intelligence.It quickly became obvious that I was not communicating with the appropriate person. They had not given me my food; so I requested a refund and left. I will contact corporate and/or the general manager to have the incident handled professionally.
It's very nice people that work here I think I bet there's a few nice people that I have encountered that work here and there's also a few that I've encountered that does not know the meaning of customer service at all not even the basics there way of doing things could definitely make a customer go to the next Whataburger that's closest be cuz I've done it now far as the food it's great when they have the things that you want which usually you can be disappointed because one of the things that you ordered you can guarantee it's not working or it ain't there they don't have no more one of those types of situations so you have to end up driving to the next best thing if you just want that Whataburger you know as bad as I be wanting the Whataburger and shake and the cinnamon rolls have you all the things in my favorite on the menu so that's the reason why I give it at 3 it could improve in customer service if they improved and customer service it will be a 5 plus I guarantee it get some older people that work there cuz the ones that I encountered that are older make me want to come back they know what customer service is the young ones that seem like they still in high school don't know the meaning of customer service if it was tatted on their foreheads
At first I have to say I wasn't too pleased with this Whataburger because it seemed like every time I went they did not have what I wanted either the cinnamon rolls or a shake they just would not have it recently I have to take that edge off because they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the order that I received no they did not have the shake I want it but they replaced it with something else and they did a fantastic job doing so and to me that's what customer service is all about so far are stars to this Whataburger they have definitely improved on their customer service in communication skills I definitely look forward to going again I mean it's right around the corner from my house
Welcome to WHATABURGER, how my I NOT help you”?!?!Pulled into Cedar Hill WHATABURGER drive through at @11:53. Made it to the spot where I could place my order at 11:57. Asked if I could order a breakfast sandwich, and told “no, my manager said we can’t take breakfast orders until 12am. You l’ll have to drive around again”. I said, Ms, for the time it will take you to make the orders for all the cars in front of me, I’ll still be sitting here anyway.It’s now 11:58pm and the response was, “my manager “Ashanti Morris” said you if you sit there 2 minutes, you’ll be holding up the line. So you have to drive around again!” So, I’m stuck in line behind 3-4 other cars waiting on their order. But manage, Ashanti Morris, could not figure out that, I’m stuck here anyway for another 2-3 minutes anyway, why not just make her breakfast sandwich?!?!Thanks for NOTHING Cedar Hill Wait-a-Burger!!
I asked the rude drive thru lady for 2 #1’s with cheese and mayo and she rudely cut me off while ordering. I get my food and both the burgers have mustard on them. I’m allergic to mustard and the sandwiches were so cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted slightly. I paid $20 for something I can’t eat and I called and no one answered
They forgot part of my order. I went back after breakfast hours. I was told that I would have to come back the next day. I asked for a replacement. I was told it would be an item that was over $2 less than what I paid. I asked for a refund of the difference. I was told that I was getting the replacement and that was it. Worker was rude and had no customer service skills.
Slowwwwwww drive thru line.....workers texting all over the fry area...whewww...burger made wrong after specific instructions Whataburger was my first job so I know it's not difficult to read the screen..
