The customer service is so bad. They just put your food on the counter, and you don’t even know if it’s yours. All they did was ask for my name and when I went up to see if my food was ready I couldn’t tell. There was no name no number on bags. The fries I feel like should be filled up a little better…it’s my second time going, and I do not recommend.
This location is on the outskirts of a shopping center on a bustling 6 lane street and it's very busy in the evenings. Expect to wait. We use the drive-thru. I haven't ever been inside. There are 2 lines for the drive thru and the outer lane is faster, but will have you obstructing traffic flow for shopping center. My orders have always been accurate, heat hot and the sodas were strong.
The only thing I hate about this Wendy's is that the line is always a long I mean long way past the entrance where the drive-thru line start the service is pretty fast and it's and it's very accurate when it comes to your order but it's just the way it's the way it is way too long it makes you want to get out the line and go find somewhere else to go eat at because the lines is always long no matter what time of day do you go there for far as my experience just I forget what I'm ordering but when I get to the window I mean it's just that long of a wait I waited 30 minutes and this line before ridiculous but the food is good and service is good so and it's only Wendy's that's close to my home so it's very convenient so I'll take the 30-minute wait long as I can get some Wendy's but all the time it's not accepted
Overall great ordering experience, just make sure you always check your food before leaving.
The past few times I have went was a bad experience. My fries were cold and they kept getting my drink wrong. I gave them a few chances to do better but they still haven’t I’m disappointed.
Pulled in the drive thru for breakfast this morning and waited for 15 minutes.....NO ONE EVER CAME ON THE SPEAKER. Went to Jack in the Box & someone IMMEDIATELY helped us!!!!! In less time than the wait at Wendy's
Inside was closed well before the posted covid times. Drive through takes waaaaaay too long. Avoid this one
Overall had a good experience but not so with app which is a bit cumbersome the food was made to order including the free medium fries with every order... I decided to dine in after figuring out the app I must say the restaurant was clean the friendly service also I bought the 2.00 year of "free" Frosty card (purchase required) the cup is MINI ... about the size of a vitamin bottle lol
I wish I would have read reviews before going there. I put in a mobile order and waited 30+ minutes for my food. I was standing a couple feet from the counter to give people some room to get by and just happened to look at the counter and saw my food sitting there. They didn’t call my name or anything. I mentioned to a girl working there that they should probably call peoples name when their food is ready and she just rolled her eyes at me and didn’t say a word. And the soda machine was out of like half of everything. Spent a total of like 45 minutes in that Wendy’s along with about 8 other people waiting for their food. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because the burger was good.
i know a lot of establishments are struggling courtesy of COVID but gross has always been gross. i walked in to place an order because the line was too long and noticed the fry cook handling all things food sans gloves. adding to the matter, the ppl in line i front of me hadn’t even been greeted by anyone. needless to say, i left.
