great friendly customer service
Apparently, these guys can take your money and not care if it is delivered...I held TGI Friday in high regard and I liked their food but never even if I am starving. They took my money and said they can refund me 5 business days later after they deligated the delivery to a third party doordash. Yes no one cared that I ordered food to eat for the hour not some pipes that didn't fit..
To be honest, I pulled into the parking lot thinking I was at Red Robin. We decided to go in and we were not disappointed. Wonderful service and the meatless burger came with a gluten-free bun, which the wife enjoyed! Fish & chips was delicious too! We will return!
Sigh, sadly this place was just okay.This is what I ordered:Pan seared pot stickers - this was Uber deliciousSpinach artichoke dip: deliciousCajun shrimp & chicken pasta: disgusting and bland, where is the seasoning/flavor??Crispy whiskey combo: good, the ribes could been flavored more but it was tenderThe waiter we had was horrible, she kept forgetting what we asked for, didn't keep our drinks flowing, and was overall in a rush to get us seated and out.The restaurant was not packed so I don't know what was the ordeal.Will go again for a pickup order only will not dine in. I will only get appetizers mentioned above.
Last night I ordered pickup. I spent 70 dollars on a slab of ribs and a half, broccoli. Salmon meal. The ribs was very old and crusty. I could not even bite through the outside. They had the nerve to dip the old ribs in sauce. This is ridiculous and a pure waste of money. How about make it fresh consider people don't have money to waste.
Ribs and battered shrimp were good. Nice portions and liberal with the whiskey dipping sauce. The potatoes needed a bit more flavor so I requested butter and that worked well. Lots of broccoli and not overcooked and limp like some places. The server was attentive and courteous. Right balance of customer service without unneeded interruptions. They didn't have many employees there but they did a really good job acknowledging and taking care of their customers. Service was a 5 but the meal was a 4.
Something maybe wrong with the sewer. I thought it was the little girls that walked out and passed us that passed gas but as we sat down I quickly realized it was something else. The smell was strong and so I had to leave.
My daughter 31st birthday..not enough servers ..only one person cooking the rest called in. The manager had to help. It was 11 of us all the food came out at different times. The Ribs were severely over cook and burned. My son never got his food. No refiles on drinks. My granddaughter is 2..sliders was over cook. Needless to saw most of the food was left on the table. So yes I give them a -1. Not enough staff they should have closed. Thanks Carolyn Johnson
It was good all the way around. The only issue was that the chicken in our salads was dry.
My meal was okay but not exactly what I'm used to.My meal was incorrect for my side and my ribs will not fall off the bone like I'm used to it then I also had to ask for the Jack Daniels sauce which normally comes with the meal.Even though I ordered quickly it seems like the order took a little longer than normal to come out.
