Never wrote a review before but overall I think that I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the people working there sucked bad! Good drinks just be prepared to get a handful of rudeness from the workers. Also I’m lactose intolerant sadly and I asked them to remake my drink because they used regular milk and put mocha instead of matcha but they got mad and rolled their eyes also were talking about us when the door was shut they thought we didn’t notice but we did at my grandma and I. When they gave us the new drink we said thank you and they just gave us dirty looks. Idk what was up but surely not going here again?
I do nooot like this location. This last time, I went, due to convenience. I wanted a chai iced latte with almond milk... but they ran out of almond milk... at noon on a Friday... and my latte just tasted like sugar... no spice.. It was lackluster.
Right now I'm stuck on Frappuccino vanilla bean with extra Carmel let them know I needed sweet and good they let me have it my way. Yes good is good.
Wait time 20 minutes only to get up here and learn they have no matcha, then wait another 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru after not ordering anything.
Jordan is the best worker there! He always makes my drink hot, my food is fresh and remembers to greet me at the drive thru. Thank you Jordan for always making my Starbucks trip amazing!
Lines are ALWAYS LONG, customer service is average at best, quality is good. Sometimes they make my beverage then by the time the line moves my coffee is warm.
Service here is always friendly and fast. If they're out of what I order they always have a good replacement suggestion!
Great service. If you enjoy a cup of hot or cold coffee or some mango dragonfruit tea i recommend you go visit your nearest Starbucks.
I enjoy going here, the staff is always friendly, my drinks are exactly as ordered, and food always hot. I can’t complain when they listen to your order and get it right every single time.
The slowest Starbucks in Dfw……. I understand staffing may be short so there may be a little wait.. but 45 minutes??? Wow…. Just wow. Just close the store down until you are staffed or until everybody is trained..
