They have good moments but mostly it's borderline in Cedar Hill. 5-15-22, MY Husband and I went here. We had ordered on line & checked in once we got there into Stall #16. We say that they accepted the check-in information so we waited. We sat there waiting for 47 minutes. I got out of the car & actually walked into their kitchen area. I was very nice but in my mind I was really angry because their app. showed that they took the order & CHARGED me but they were saying they never got it and charged me twice. Well the next guy said they did get it but the problem was that they didn't have any ONION RINGS so the order was canceled. Why didn't they come to our car and say anything OR even say it on the SPEAKER?!?!! MY HUSBAND IS A VERY QUIET WHITE MAN & I'M BLACK. I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICES UNLESS HE AND I GO TO THAT CEDAR HILL, TX LOCATION TOGETHER. Well, after I opened my bank account on my phone and walked back into their kitchen door & even well into their work area showing them that they took my order and money, one girl conviently found my detailed long receipts and the one other guy said, "WE RAN OUT OF ONION RINGS", then he refunded BOTH of our detailed receipts!!!!???!!!BLACK PEOPLE!!!??? WHAT WE SCREAMING!!!!???? WE SEEM TO BE THE !!!!!WORST!!!! IN PROFESSIONALLY RUN BUSINESS ONCE WE HAVE MAJORITY BLACKS IN THAT BUILDING. SO FAR ONLY 1 "ONE, ONE, ONE!!!!!" BLACK OWNED BUSINESS IN CEDAR HILL THAT I "LOVE LOVE ❤ "!!!!!! Truthfully It was a unexpected trip to sonic drive in. I was hoping for better hospitality but was rudely dismissed. I got the food. I was with my hubby. We left the restaurant with what we purchased though it was not delicious. Could have returned it but was polite and kept the purchase. Wish it could have been better. Wish it could have been better. I have had better treatment.
When you spend more money burning gas at the drive through then what the cost of the order is.......... that's a problem. I don't know why it was taking so long but I see a lot of talking going on and not alotof activity. I waited 36 minutes to get my order if I was not stuck between cars I would have left sooner.
They are hit and miss...today home run. Corndogs were the freshest in years. Problem with coke...all carbonation, very little syrup.
Every time I eat here I am disappointed. Last year found hair in my Taco. Didn't go back for a year. Went this morning and my food was so darn greasy. Had to throw it out. Told the girl at the window no red sauce, well guess what got all red sauce. They will not get a dime of my money ever again. The food was nasty and way too greasy to enjoy.
My burger was delicious, it was hot and fresh. The Ocean water was made perfectly....but my tots were old and cold.
I asked the manager if he would eat this. His reply, no mam.Utterly disgusted. Ultimately the manager was kind and not at all rude or defensive. He issued a refund and came back with fresh hotdogs but I declined. I’ve upgraded my review to 2 stars vs 1 for the manager being kind but this has overall ruined my experience at this sonic and I may never return.
This the wrost place every. 3 drinks order on the mobile app an it took 45 min or more with no one there but 2 ppl to get our drinks. Save urself time and frustration and go somewhere else.
Service is so slow here, even with few customers and even after they figured out they lost/forgot the order.You’ll get faster service at a busy sit-down restaurant than here, so I recommend to avoid this location.
Carhops are beyond friendly. They're very kind, sweet and accommodating. The entire team seems very sweet, but this is based on my few interactions with them. I can't reccomended this place enough.
