I don't write a lot of reviews but felt compelled to do so about this little gem. The Tex-Mex food here is really good with large portions and very reasonable prices. My wife and I enjoyed the Chile Relleno plate and the beef Chimichanga plate with rice and beans. The Salsa here is best I have ever had. Sweet tea is really good. They were busy and a little short handed because of a big party in a separate room but our waitress was super. We are looking forward to going back and try their other dishes.
I really wanted to like this place but it was underwhelming. The food was just okay and I’ve had better Tex-Mex in the area. The space itself was also quite warm. Positives: The wait staff were nice and attentive, the prices a great, no issues getting seated quickly, and plenty of parking!
One of my favorite to go places for good affordable food. They have daily specials and the serving sizes are perfect.They do catering as well.My go to is the beef or chicken fajitas or grilled pork chops.Tons to choose from all seasoned well.
The salsa and chips were delicious! The Beef Stuffed Chile (Chile Rellanos- excuse the spelling) was full of flavor! Candy was an AWESOME server! It was my first time but it will not be my last!

This restaurant is one of my brother's favorites and I see why. The food was to die for. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I will be eating there again when I visit Cedar Hill again.

The food was not good. I have sour cream enchiladas, it appeared all the did was spread thick sour cream on top. The rice was ok, the refried beans did not look good so I didn't touch. My friend had beef fajita tacos. Dry, not marinated, very little seasoning. The coke a cola and corn tortillas were the only things we liked.
Amazing number of choices! Generous servings of yummy Mexican and southern dishes. Loved the catfish, hush puppies and onion rings!
