The food has always been very good, but since the pandemic it has been difficult to pick up online orders because the lobby has been closed. At $4.00 a gallon for gasoline, I don't want to have to wait in a drive-up line after I placed and paid for my order. I've tried calling to find out if the lobby is open, but the phone doesn't seem to be working. It is really a shame.
Each and every experience I have had with this location have been horrible. The chicken on my last visit (3-15-22 @ 12:15PM) was extremely dry like it had been sitting for a long time. I'm NOT returning again to this location!
The chicken was fried a bit hard but had good taste, seasoning. The Mac and Cheese was also good reminding me of oven baked homemade.
Long line since you can't go inside to order. I wish they could have the daily specials out by the drive thru so we can know what the daily special is before you get up to the speaker to order
This Popeyes literally sucks … since the start of the pandemic they have kept their dining room closed causing the drive-thru line to be unbelievably long. Not really fast food anymore at that point Popeyes ??
Foods good but size is small compared to their competitors for the same price.
Worst customer service. Everyones out here rude and doesn't have time to take your order correctly
Not pleased especially when I order and they just opened less than a hour ago. My food wasn’t hot it was barely warm like it was cooked and just sitting under the light. I ordered a 2 piece with a side it wasn’t even warm and a 12 piece that had been sitting under the light. I should have went to Chicken Express. I don’t know what kind of deformed wings they serving but they can do better.
The drive through service is very slow...they didn't have a basic 8 piece mild available..they offered a substitute spicy wing that is the smallest chicken piece..with no discount. Also only had 2 fried pies available of 3 that was ordered...asking if I wanted to wait additional 7 minutes...again with no discount available to compensate for the inconvenience. Overall the food was okay..but the service and their preparedness is less than desirable. Again, the wait time is too long!
Just left the restaurant, as soon as i pulled to the speaker the girl stated, only nuggets, tenders, and mild breasts! I asked why and she stated “WELL WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE” asked for 10 tenders, she stated she only had 9 spicy and 1 mild.. got the order, went home and all of the tenders were hard as a rock! This is ridiculous! I live 12 minutes away, and m It never fails ordering food here in Cedar Hill. You have to drive in North Dallas to get good service. I am a Regional Vice President for the brand that i work for and i don’t allow this in my stores! Quality comes first. What a HORRIBLE way to represent the brand of Popeyes
