Ordered wings to enjoy the Mavs game with family, agree to be sent updates via the tracker and after the first 22 minutes that the email reply from the app said wings would arrive, I called the store to get no answer, at 35 minutes called again with no answer, at the hour later, the recording was saying the store was closed. Overall I'm glad the Mavs won, but Pizza hutt has lost a customer.

Quickly turning into my favorite pizza place near my home. Very fast! Be it delivery or pick up. My food is always Hot and ready! Contactless delivery is simple. The establishment is clean, and the employees are polite. What more can you ask for.

Do not order Pizza Hut boneless wings. They are the worst. We called the store to request a refund after they were delivered and was advised we would have to bring the wings back. We ordered garlic Parmesan and this is what we were given.

I mostly order the big boxes I have 3 teens and for 20 to 25 bucks is not a bad deal.They never disappoint.

We bought the dinner box with two medium pizzas, wings and we substituted bread sticks with cinnamon sticks for a dollar more. It was hot and fresh, will definitely buy it again. The staff was very polite, patient and helpful with what we ordered.

I requested curbside pickup. I have done this on several occasions. However, on this occasion, I was called in a very crass way and told I needed to come in and pay (although I have ordered and paid curbside on several occasions). When I went in, I had to wait to be helped, someone yelled welcome from the back, and then a server came and asked if someone had assisted. When I said no, I was called and told to come in, she said it was due to COVID (been going on for 2 yrs and I was never made to come in). Then she proceeded to ask me was I not able to put it on my card?! (Who asks a patron this???) After I paid via credit card, she printed my receipt and threw it in the trash. I had to ask for it so that I could sign it and have a copy! That should NEVER have happened! I stopped patronizing this store once for over a year for inadequate service. I had hoped things had changed, but it still in inept in customer service!

I paid $55 for my order. I got it about 1 1/2 hrs. It was cold, was not what I wanted and some of the slices were moved .I got to take the food back to them an asked for my money back. They didn’t even asked me to replace my order back.It’s the second time I have the same experience in this place.

It took 2 hours to arrive, the Delivery driver told me he had 6 orders out for delivery along with mine, it was 45 degrees here and pizza was very cold. I called and spoke to the Manager Tyler who advised me that he cannot guarantee when my order arrives, he further advised that he cannot guarantee me a hot pizza, he never offered to remake my order and he refused to give me a number to file a complaint. I was able to locate the number on Google where I was able to file a complaint. I will never order pizza hut again after the level of service received from the manager Tyler

Make sure all the ingredients of my order were actually on the pizza. My mushrooms were missing from half of the pizza. Perhaps the store was out, but they could have let me know!

I just love pizza hut. The new innovative ideas and the points you earn for purchases. The points come in handy when your wallet falls a little short.
