I made an online order, then 10 minutes later received a phone call from the store. Informing me that they did not have a delivery driver. I was paying cash, but they did have a 3rd party delivery service to deliver my order but I had to either pay over the phone or come in and pick it up. I wouldn't have placed an online order for delivery is I would or could come into the store. This is not the first time I've had issues with this store. The other times the order was wrong, the pizza wasn't square cut like it clearly said on the receipt, or the delivery driver mishandled the pizza and it was folded in half inside the box. Zero stars.

I would score this spot more but I just can't they've changed their team around and when the food used to be perfect each slice lately its been horrible. I guess they are rushing to get the orders out and not really producing the best product. I can say I haven't met anyone that's rude here they will redo your order if you ask but I just feel like the order should come out right the 1st time because I hate being wasteful and seeing food pushed to the side to go to the trash.

Awful service. The last two orders I've placed are my last with Papa John's. The order before today's was cancelled with no notification to me, nor any attempt to contact me. I gave the location nearly a year to sort things out, and placed an order today. As I write this, the order is an hour and a half past the requested scheduled delivery time, and we have no way to cancel the order as we waited 20 minutes on hold with this location before giving up.

Picked my pizza up and opened the box and my family ate the pizza so fast I only got 2 slices.Mind you we ordered 3 boxes?

The customer service here is trash! They delivered our pizza to the wrong house. The delivery guy sat the pizza at someone’s door then basically told us we were lying. The first supposed manager hung up in our face. Said they were giving us sone type of redeem something. After the poor service, we wanted our money back. I called back and the second supposed manager, Renee said, you’re getting rude with me so I’m getting rude with you. She hung up on me. I called back and demanded my money back. I won’t be redeeming nothing from them. She said we’re voiding your order and you’ll never ever be able to order from us again. Who cares? At this point, I don’t want the pizza with such poisoned service. Just gimme my money! Our relationship is over!

The Service and quality of their food is always good at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, willing to go above and beyond.

Don’t waste your money or time. Order pizza from another business. I understand there are staffing issues with many businesses right now. However, staffing issues doesn’t justify lying. Our last few orders have gone like this:1- We ordered pizza and paid the delivery fee and a tip only to receive a call to tell us they wouldn’t deliver the pizza. I actually didn’t have a major issue with the call, but they still charged the delivery fee and tip even though they said they’re reverse it.2- Ordered pizza and waited over 2 hours past the scheduled delivery time.3- Ordered pizza and waited 1 1/2 hours AFTER the scheduled delivery time.Again, I understand there are staffing issues, but a little honesty and transparency would be nice.

While they’re food may be good the customer service is lacking. I called to place an order and was on hold too long only to get cut off. Won’t be ordering from there any time soon. Very sad.

Do not order from this place, took 2 hours for my order to be delivered, only to be left at my neighbours doorstep, they do not know what the contract info on the order is for.

Closing time shows 10pm but anytime I tried to place a order online. It never works and calling in is just as bad, because the phone line is always busy.
