Food was awesome ? tasty and full filling small pepperoni and beef brownies can't beat it.
I called my order in at 9pm. When I arrived my pizza was not ready. The manager acts like he doesn't like black people. Never again
Food is typically pretty good, better than the chain pizzas in the area, however service is typically garbage.Was told 35-40 minutes for delivery and it's been an hour and 15 minutes. Been on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. This also happened the last two times I've ordered from this location. Judging from prior reviews, this is pretty standard for this location.It's a shame they can't get their delivery/customer experience together because the pizza is really good.
Let me tell you what JOSE (that’s his real name) did! I ordered a BEEF pizza but when I came to pick up it was pepperoni… I kindly told him I order Beef, he told me that I said pepperoni, I told him that I don’t eat pepperoni so there’s no possible way I would’ve said that. He argued with me insisting that I did say pepperoni but then agreed to remake the pizza. I waited about 10 mins and went back in to grab the correct pizza. It looked a bit weird as if cheese was just thrown on top but I didn’t think they would have the nerve to pick every single pepperoni off and put beef on it instead of remaking but noticed that’s EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID when I was eating it and found pepperoni throughout! I’m soooo disgusted, not by the pepperoni but more so the audacity of them to I’ve through a pizza and throw something together instead of just remaking it! That’s nasty, who knows what else they’re doing with their bare hands.
Best pizza in texas enough Said.

They have the worst service. I stood there waiting on my order for 15 minutes and no one picked up the phone. It was ringing off the wall and they were not bothering to answer it. When my order was finally done they would not let me use a coupon. The person who was taking my order was not trained her and the other person barely knew what they were doing. When I complained they just left. There was no manager on site. Eat somewhere else
Pizza was delivered in OPEN BOXES! Called the store they said they would remake the pizza but I’d have to pick it up after paying for delivery. I’m a huge fan of Mr Jim’s but I will NOT be ordering for the Cedar Hill location again!!!
Hit or miss! Been there about 5 times. 2 were a miss. They are not open during hours posted on door. Maybe they are only open when they feel like it.? Or they have kids working there that can't get out of bed.
